A house that big should be shown in a video at least 30 minutes long, not just 6 minutes. The short little clips don't give any info about the home. And how did you get those doors to open by themselves?

The cost of: taxes, electricity and heat/AC, plus the upkeep of the surroundings must make this house, very hard to sell. That is why the 7 million price tag, which is very low for that kind of mansion. In Boca Raton, 7 and 8 million buys a lot less, but you have a gorgeous view of water and a place for your boat. Besides, the snow of the winter in NJ must be a pain..!

If it were true, I would be both happy and sad for you… Happy because living in a castle is amazing, I know because my family had several chateaus in France and Italy (villas), I grew up in them. Sad for you because the maintenance is impossible and usually leads to financial hardships just to keep them livable. Most often, these types of houses in Europe fall in to ruin. Even the insanely wealthy tend to walk away because financially it’s a losing battle. Good luck to you!
