@@joelthorne7434 it was either a complete gut or it’s a fairly new construction so furniture was there when they bought it and so they do the same. Most of the time thus us the NORM with large Estate sales - the next home might be different where they furnish or they buy what’s already in the home they are seeking.

only thing wrong with these houses is that you got no neibhor it can be good like partying all night without noise complaints but no one to talk to
It is a multi living room and multi quarter house, a number of friends or relatives can collectively purchase it and live there. A lot of mansions have multiple nuclear families living there, not just one couple and that's the most sensible way of living.
