    The real two killers in bass fishing during summer is full moons and high pressures.

    It is very true what you are saying here, Randy. It is getting quite cold now in Sourh Africa and i went out fidhing this past weekend. Mostly sunny day with a bit of wind and caught 2 fish over 5 pounds, quite shallow. Thanks again for a stunning channel.

    Randy I love your informational videos , I wish someone had videos like yours but for walleye, do you ever fish for walleye ? I think it would be cool to hear an informative walleye video from you if you feel you have any information to share on walleye, figure you do living in the ozarks

    I have noticed, last couple weeks early in the morning until around 9-9:30, the Bass were out deeper...chasing shad perhaps? Around 9:30, 10 I was seeing the bass much more shallow in the sun...pretty interesting, almost like they were working on their tan for the summer

      @Ace-ig6vs หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thats definitely a trend that I notice and follow too. And the times you mentioned are spot on. My favorite technique over the years has been to take advantage of the top water bite in the morning in 8-12 foot depth until about 9:30. Then I go shallow and hit the shade, overhangs, lay downs, grass mats, etc. for the rest of the day. For me it seems to be an effective routine in the northeast.

      @@Ace-ig6vs think I'm gonna try a big wakebait over that deeper water next time out there...see if I can get them to commit...nothing much better than a big wakebait strike...used to watch a you tuber that threw big 7-9" wakebaits in the northeast...got me interested in big baits

    I’m going to say this , you have also just explained why bass fishing is so awesome , it’s a puzzle and every fishing trip should be a learning experience and you will become a better angler with every trip you make fishing , but not now with Live scope , using your brain , your talent , your knowledge , your skills does not matter anymore cause of Live Scope , now bass fishing is no longer fishing , it’s become another video game , idle or troll around with the trolling motor and find bass with screen then cast to em watch your bait moving in the screen and see the fish actually eat the bait , this is a video game now , and these Tech companies are to blame , and for the bass fisherman who are against it need to keep voicing their opinion

      Nah Shame on the angler who folds to the pressure to get livescope. People will try to make money. There is a lot of garbage temptation out there. In all aspects of life. It's up to the individual to rise above and live/fish the right and honorable way.

      I wonder what new things we’ll learn about fishing with the use of tech! Did you know bass can remember and learn to avoid lure patterns, have an ability to remember their “home” in a lake and have fish “friends” they tend to hang out with?!
      Absolutely amazing to me, and leads me to wonder what sort of things we can learn from actually watching the fish smash lures on fish radar!

    • @BigpapamoneymanMVPtypebeat
      @BigpapamoneymanMVPtypebeat หลายเดือนก่อน

      @crumbopulis your very clearly trying to find some sort of moral loophole because all the things you just said don’t use livescope , or I should say you don’t need livescope to do ... cope

    • @BigpapamoneymanMVPtypebeat
      @BigpapamoneymanMVPtypebeat หลายเดือนก่อน

      @crumbopulis “watch fish smash lures on a live radar” lmao no they use cameras these days and troll around acres of a lake. I’ll also add your not talking about the same thing, we are talking about using radar to fish not do environmentalist work or biology study’s etc. 🤦🏼‍♂️

    • @johngarner9929
      @johngarner9929 หลายเดือนก่อน

      His main point was sunlight - as for temp, the way Florida weather works, water temp does fluctuate in my area, and has to cool down for the fish to spawn - they can be caught in the same areas year round. As for shade and depth, many tournaments where I live are won in water less than two feet deep, in the middle of the burning hot summer with water temps as hight as was 97 degrees F. Three tournaments on the Kissimmee Chain and Blue Cypress Lake were won by catching fish on the sunny side of deeper cypress tree knees and scattered vegetation.

    Totally agree. But you forgot invisible fishing lines, spotlock, $500.00 sunglasses that give fisherman unfair advantages. 300 hp motors. $7000.00 trolling motors, $500.00 reels, 400.00 dollar rods that give unfair advantages. Satellite coordinates that people save, sell to locate fish. Need to do like Randy said. Fish like the Indians with a stick, cotton string and a fishbone for a hook.
