Your level probably low.you need lvl 30 to unlock those heavy loads

Hi bro, probably you are a new player.you could get jobs to quarry even if you are at low level. but if you are under level 30 you won't get jobs from quarry as all the jobs from quarry are heavy and are only unlocked at level 30

You can get jobs to Quarry from munich, Zurich, Stuttgart and Frankfurt. game version is 0.35.1.note that you won't get jobs "from" quarry if you are under level 30
