Very well explained. In Bengal, the situation is even worse than Maharashtra. We, bengalis suffer a lot due to these problems. They just destroy our heritage, culture and impose everywhere their "lolipol lagelu" culture. Crime rate in the Howrah-hooghly industrial belt of Bengal increased significantly due to these problems. Even our own sisters are not safe where these problems lived.

Bihar is the least developed state bcoz and not bcoz of 1764 (British looted cities like Calcutta also).... it is due to Lalu, Shahbhuddin , and many more. I am nt a hypocrite so.. I tell you.. The aurangzeb as a military general was way greater than ashoka or any mauryan emperor ever was.
Besides that ashoka was not a bihari. Their was no bihar or any of the bihari languages present at the time of ashoka . The descendents of mauryan have spread across country. Their was no bihari or uttar pradeshi empire like marathas had maratha empire , tulu or kannada people had vijyanagara empire or tamils had cholas . All of the empires mentioned above claim to be marathi , tulu or tamil themselves. Site even one instance when ashoka claimed to be bihari or bhaiyaa lol. The culture of the above people has been shaped by the respective empires and has developed sense of nationality . While biharis and upites have not even developed distinct ethnic identities yet . This state of society is way medieval to exist in modern times. This happened because of 1000 years of muslim rule on you guys . Those people eat gutka and spit in the train itself. A normal person cannot stay in that train. That day I saw how dirty Bihar is.
