How about aluminum shock caps (to keep from popping off caps and reduce leaking)? Wheelie bar with aluminum ball bearing wheels (to save the motor and rear of gearbox from rashes and hits as well as more controlled wheelies)? Aluminum steering bellcranks (for a little more precision and they have bearings for smooth long life)? Ditch the servo saver for an aluminum servo horn (more precise steering snd no servo saver is needed when you have a metal geared servo assuming you’ve your end points also tuned properly so no binding or servo strain)? RPM Suspension arms all around? CVD upgrade (either Tekno M6 for bullet-proofing the driveline and they have bearing captured cross pins… or what I use MIP X-Duty for maximum suspension arm movement/articulation… either way plastic axles most likely won’t survive long while bashing on 3s LiPo)? I have all those on mine and what you suggested too (brushless waterproof servo from KTS, rpm suspension arms front end and bumper, rpm hybrid gearbox for better cooling on motor..)… and 3 things about a cooling fan (first get the Hot Racing clamp on fan kit as it’s much more secure than a plastic clamp as it uses screws to hold it on, second the fan is a standard 30x30mm fan I’d get a fan with aluminum casing so you won’t snap blades off from its case flexing I got a Yeah Racing high speed aluminum fan using an adaptor I made to fit the esc, and thirdly always nice to have an aluminum cover/shroud over cooling fan’s blades as extra aluminum on fan helps pull more heat away from esc I got a Team Brood 30x30 fan cover in black just to help keep some junk out of fan but mostly for if it lands on body for bit extra protection.. make sure you’ve long enough screws for your fan and cover to bolt it all together 3x12mm may work in a pinch but 3x15mm I think will be just right while 3x20mm overkill), and another few things helpful maybe.. extra spur gears (for replacement and tuning options), rpm bulkhead and shock towers, aluminum front kingpin brace, aluminum hex hubs, spare body (maybe?), battery extension kit (fit more battery options), aluminum or other uprated rear hub carriers, spar bearings (never know when they’re gonna get rusted and beyond repair), wireless link for radio (assuming you use stock TQi radio, the link opens up ALOT of tuning options in radio), a stand (block of wood works or if you’re fancy you can get a rotating stand like I did) and spare shock springs with spare clip on adjusters/spacers (they can wear out and having spares or options gives more tuning….) my email is ajcgeminitwin@gmail.com if anyone wants to see my model and see what I recommend.. bless you all and keep our hobby alive and fun!
