Even the temperature varies alot inside Jammu. Jammu City is similar to Punjab in terms of temperature but not Jammu Division. Districts like Doda, Ramban, Kishtwar and Udhampur are lot cooler than and receives plenty of snowfall. Jammu Divison just like Kashmir has 10 Districts and 7 of them receives snowfall at places. That Banihal is in Jammu Division
