- Awesome map, incredibly fun, not too difficult but still a good challenge, really thouroughly enjoyed this. Literally my only criticism is that you don't get given a shotgun and chaingun at the start of the map, but its such a small thing, can't reccomend playing this more, its amazing!
As for the run, not my highest effort demo, definitely some possibility to do the ending cleanup faster by playing more aggressively, there might also be some better routing to promote some more infighting in the final too.

@@Orriiii very funny to see how back in the day people expected that Quake and Unreal would kill Doom, while ironically Quake hasn't been relevant for many years and Unreal is pretty much dead

That was one of the most insane maps ever!
These types of maps make no sense. They are filled with a million enemies, and since there is no other way to do it, they give you blue orbs every minute.
These kinds of maps can be absolutely unique, they just have to be designed well, stuff like cosmogenesis, sunlust, okuplok map have fights that are all unique (and extremely difficult). Sunlust is the most fair out of the ones I mentioned, slaughterfest has some maps that are pretty good but it’s a mixed bag there.
And a lot of energy cells. I remember one of my first attempts playing on ultra-violence skill level, I runned out of ammo and hay to start the whole episode again and trying not to pick up the ammo pack if your near to the limit
that was very satisfying to watch, great gameplay and execution
