In summer /early fall they are pretty affordable here.... maybe €2.00 per kilo. In the wall and spring they are more expensive between €4-€6 per Kilo.

Here, it's 50php (1$) for a kilo some months it can go up to 75php and in the City it's more expensive like 150php
