That’s it, I’m in! Beginner runner here. I’m 215 miles away from my first 1000 miles that’s 10 miles a day for 21 days for me. I had it in the back of my mind too. Thanks for the challenge!
Let's do it!! Consider splitting up some of your days into doubles: 6 in the a.m. & 4 in the p.m., just to avoid injury! Lots of sleep, good food, and water!!
Lets get it! Started a 16 week training block for my spring goal marathon, and I'm fired up halfway through week 3 now. 2025 is gonna be a great one. Whittled down my times from 4:23 -> 4:08 -> 3:40 over the past couple years without planning my training seriously, but going all in to smash sub 3:15 in the spring and if all goes well, sub 3 in the fall/winter.
Best wishes on your 3,000 mile goal. I’m at 2,970 miles right now. Almost there!! All it takes is showing up everyday and doing what needs to be done. You got this!!! “Today is someday” is one of my favorite quotes. Happy running!!
What a year Eric! Going out in 2024 with a training volume bang, makes me cramp up just thinking about it :) Exciting training and racing goals ahead for you!
In 2023, I started running regularly and ran 1200km in the year. After a few disjointed marathon training plans, I got myself a coach in May. He changed everything. My goal is 2000km for the year. Currently on 1884, so it's a manageable target, I hope! Plan is for 3000km next year. Your 4hr to sub 3hr video played a huge part in hooking me in and motivating me. I applied for Chicago this year, got in, came over from the UK and ran a PB. Thank you for making it. Love all your work. Alistair
Discovered your videos last year and you are the reason I got back into running. Will be running my first marathon in Feb! On week 10 of my training block. Love your videos and all the motivation you provide, keep it up!
Your goals are truly inspiring-they’re what drive us to grow and improve. I have no doubt you’re going to crush it! I absolutely love your channel and can’t wait to see the incredible next chapter unfold. Keep up the amazing work!
You got it man! I just ran 2:38 a couple days ago at CIM for my first marathon negative splitting it. Taking some recovery time now but planning on continuing to build in 2025 and hopefully aim for sub 2:30 like you!
Great job this year. I am 23 and started running 1.5 years ago, and love following your journey. I will be hitting 2950 miles this year following my plan, so can really say your 3000 is a something to be proud of 🎉
Moving Still is one of the move “moving films” I’ve seen in a long time. I began following you late last year and love your running. But your directorial and filmmaking skills are medal worthy. Thank you for sharing you amazing gifts and talents to inspire us.
Love this goal. It's not "safe", but goals shouldn't always be safe. I've really enjoyed watching your journey and look forward to more smashed goals in the future. As a long time runner/triathlete, I ran my first full marathon in 2021. I'm now 5 marathons in still looking for that elusive sub 3 and actual BQ time. (Went under the time standard last year but got bumped by the additional 6:49 needed to actually get in). Your channel has shown me that it is possible even though it doesn't feel like it right now. Thank you!
Loved finding your channel this year man, good luck on your goal to end the year, and happy holidays to you and your family! Excited to see you crush some major 2025 goals.
thanks for the motivation!! im 45 out of running since july im dealing with a hip issueand 45 days ago i decide to pause the running to recover 100%. i ll come back running next week,if everithing goes ok, i ll in ianuary run 15km every day for a whole month, the max that i ve ever do is 340km on a month, i hope that i get back felliny well and i can complete this challenge, probably with fitness on high levels and a mindset a little bit stronger. Thanks for all the motivation that you probably dont even know you do, lets crush these miles!!💪🏻
Goals like that are so great for making running fun. I’ve enjoyed watching your videos and your running journey. Im going for 1200 miles by the end of the year. Much less, but still fun. Good luck and have fun!
This video is exactly what I needed to see right now. I’ve been taking the last two months to slowly increase my weekly mileage, and throw in speed work, so I’m ready to absolutely crush 2025. The goal is to break 3 hours in Chicago. I’ll be 51 on race day and could not be more stoked for this journey. Thanks for the constant inspiration!
Good luck, Eric! I'll hit 1,300 soon. Would have been more but sprung for a triathlon over the summer and switched directions for a few months. 1,500+ next year!
Let's go Eric! I definitely didn't hit a lot of my last new year resolutions but it really started the momentum for my running! Said I wanted to run 2-3 times a week for 5k and run a half haha. A year later I only had 2 Weeks this year, that I didn't run. Running 40-55k a week and started my first Marathon block haha can definitely relate to your summer of sickness as I had that these two weeks leading up to my block which is such a confidence crusher because its so hard to fully shake it off and I feel out of my rhythm & lost some fitness, but seeing your turnaround this fall really inspires me! Time to be about it! ⚡⚡
Cheering for you and hope you reach your goals. I'm fighting Achilles tendinopathy and knee inflammation (from meniscus and ACL tear from 2022) in Nov/Dec, but my goal is to finish the year with 3000 km total km runs. It's almost 2x the distance from last year. I'm about 150km away from reaching my goal but it's not easy with the injuries. I've run and trained for 3 HM and 2 Full Marathons in 2024 and hit my PB goals with my best run with a sub 3:30 marathon a 14 min PB.
No need to press super hard through injury! If you need to get that squared away and get stronger first, that's more important. One thing I didn't mention in the video is that I know my body can handle this mileage right now, because I'm not dealing with any little injuries at all.
Hey Eric, hope you are doing well, keeping it short since going to work in few min but want to thank you the bottom of my heart for the motivation from your videos which inspired me to run CIM past weekend. Was planning to drop out of the race but of you and many other people who suffered so much to get where they are at. Would love to talk to you if possible to share my story with you. Again thank you for everything you've done, your an inspiration to me and many people. Hope you have a an amazing day. Say hi to your family for me, they are incredibly lifted to have you
Thank you so much for always showing up in the comment section!! Will you be doing any spring races? Grandma's per chance?? I'll also be back in Chicago this fall!
definitely think you can do it if you are smart about it and are careful to not injure yourself! my goal in 2025 is to run my first full marathon. i’ve run two half’s until now and i am training to do another half in january, which will help me get in shape and gain confidence to tackle my first full. i definitely agree with the phasing in your goals concept you spoke about. trying to shock yourself and expect an overnight change in yourself on january 1st often does not translate into long term, more sustainable changes that you want.
Nice goal Erik you are not beginner to increase mileage to this level maybe if you decide to run 25miles a day i would be concerned but this one is totally durable for you, all the best to you on breaking up 2:30 next year! My goal is called marathon Eugene OR project 3:02, i am trying to break my 12years PB(3:03:45) in marathon so we will see…take care👊
This year I ran my first full in Chicago and my first 1000km+ year, with 2 month out to non related injuries. I can't wait for 2025...let's go with less Haribo! inspiring to read all the comments and the awesome achievements. Now checking out moving still...
Lets go Floberg, getting us all fired up! 🔥 I really enjoy dialling in my nutrition, sleep, and doing my best to recover, so while I’m off for December with my foot, I’m just gonna do my best to build some strength. Can’t wait for January where I can run again, goal for 2025 is definitely gonna be to get consistently running all year with no injuries, and have an amazing time doing so 😁🤘 Really hope to see more on how your approaching nutrition and sleep during December 😊
I did not realize that I was 20 miles away from hitting a thousand miles for the first time this year until my wife looked at my Strava. No matter what happens You're a beast!
It's a perfect time to put in weekly mileage that pushes things a bit. You're far enough off from a goal race, that if things go poorly, there's plenty of time to recover and you'll be fine. But it could also lay the groundwork for a higher weekly mileage in the thick of goal race training next year. And let's be honest, if the goal for next year is sub 2:30, there's going to need to be some additions and/or changes to your training to continue your improvement. Going through the discomfort to get more comfortable with more miles might be that change needed. Best of luck man!
1000% - perfect time to shock the system with something like this. I'm hopeful that it'll set a new standard of higher mileage through the early months of '25.
actually i got three goals: december & january: building a good base may ´25 half marathon (sub 1:40) october `25 marathon (no time goal yet) thank you for your videos, i really like them! merry christmas to you & your family
My goal isn't distance related; it's consistency. I don't want my strava graph to look like a mountain range: I want clean increases, steady holds, and the necessary down weeks. I've already adjusted my weekly schedule, so my long run is less of my total volume, and it's making a good difference. I also want consistency in my diet and sleep schedule (two things I'm prone to get wrong (uni student)), as well as strength training. If I hit 2/3 of those, I'll be ecstatic :)
This is the way. Keep making small changes all month, so it feels that much easier to do in January and beyond. Start shifting your mentality into life change, not just something we're doing this month! Keep going!!
I think that this idea could be dumb, but the care that you're taking in achieving it makes it manageable and inspiring. Just like the 10 miles a day for a month, this could be the thing that changes your "running dna" yet again and takes you to the next level in your evolution.
Hope you make that goal. I'm trying to get to 3000 kilometers and am only like 130 kilometers removed. So if nothing goes wrong, I'll easily get there.
I just started running 2 years ago, and at the very beginning of this year I made it my New Year’s resolution to run 1000 miles. Yet I’m at 954 and running around 30 miles a week with 21 days left.
End of year goal: Reach 700 miles on the year. As of my run last night, I am at 611 miles. I calculated out the rest of the year, and if I do exactly the distance planned for every run, I will hit 699. I'm sure I will end up going over my planned distance by a tenth or two and easily reach that number. Beyond that, I am a rower in addition to a runner, and I would like to have a combined training total of 2,500 km. If I exactly hit my 700 mile total, I would end up 12 km short, so I will probably throw in a couple short workouts on the rowerg to get there. Next year goal: I am running both a spring and fall marathon. I have already planned out my spring training block and it came out to 700 miles for the entire block, matching this years total. After that marathon, I will be splitting my training between rowing and running for the rest of the year, and I worked out that running 1,500 miles and a 4,500 km total training volume is an ambitious, but doable goal for the year. My main issue since the start of covid has been consistency, so that is what I am focusing on for next year. TL;DR - this year 700 miles running, 2500 km total training volume. Next year 1,500 miles running, 4,500 km total training volume
My goals are to finally be consistent since always lose focus when I leave school to go home for the summer, get up to 50+ miles a week, run my first marathon which will more likely than not be Tucson next year and finally love the process not just the results.
2021 1700km, 2022 3000km, 2023 3800km, 2024 I rolled 4505km on my morning run today, not chasing 5000k this year. But hoping 2025 I break 5000km. Goals are good. Improvements in fitness are good. But people need to learn it's not about chasing the fitness in 1 training block. It's about stacking the training blocks and letting the fitness organically improve. If you do this, you will improve, and you should stay healthy. Cause you can't improve if you can't run due to injury. ;)
It is a dumb idea but it’s my kind of dumb idea…get it done dude. You got this! 1% more every day. 2025 race goals: 6 marathons…did 2 this year….one no coach one with coach. Sticking with the coach lol results were way better than expected. 1 50k ultra… Sub 2 half marathon pr…currently sitting at 2hr 13 mins 1500 total miles for the year Currently working on rounding out this year with 900 miles.
Excellent. So good to have a long term vision. Make sure you're setting yourself up for a good start on the 1500 mile goal by getting after it these next few weeks!!
Well dang… I’m tacking on a last minute marathon this Sunday and was going to just coast into 2025 without worrying about 2,500. 😅 Luckily I will only need like 40s post marathon. Goodluck with 3k!
I'm in too (to a lesser degree). I have to do 4.5 miles per day to make it to a 1,000 for the year. In the words of Michael Scott "This is a dream that I have had since lunch, and I have not given up on it now." Was going to go for another arbitrary time goal for my next block, but this is a lot more fun!
3,000 miles. Totally doable! Here's how I would do it: run doubles. Don't approach it as "Oh man, I gotta run 13 mi each day." Just split it up. Run five to 10K in the morning then do the rest in the afternoon or evening. Flip it around the next day. Mix it up so you are not overwhelmed. Save the long runs for the weekends so you don't have to do much during the week. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. BTW, Your video falls into forming good (& bad) habits, which takes about 3 weeks or 21 days. I coined the idea 3//21 😁.
Oh heck yeah! Didn't even think about the habits correlation. Hoping a bunch of people start making their own goals to set them up well for January. Thanks for watching and commenting!!
Goal for next year is sub 2:45 to make it into Berlin in 2026! First chance is Barcelona Marathon in March. Good luck with your goal, I'm sure you'll crush it. And if it ends up needing an ultra by the end of the month, make sure to record it, would be super-fun to follow along on an adventure like that haha!
Goal is to build up milage to having some consistency in what feels like 10 years. January = run every day to stay strong during cold times. Then I want to run my first marathon in 10 years.
Go Cavs! I respect the Bulls though...and enjoy your vids. Great NBA rivalry from back in the day to today--Jordan and the Phil Jackson Bulls against the Lenny Wilkens Cavs. @floberg what are your thoughts on double-thresholds?
Damn dude.....I've been tracking and I'm at 1,780 miles on the year and was going to go for 2,000 but that seemed like too much. You got me feeling guilty now! Ugggh
I want to do a workout 20 min minimum everyday the rest of the year, drink less to no alcohol and do 100 pushups a day. And carry that into 2025 for big things
big fan of your channel and maybe unpopular opinion but i feel like at least saying it. 3000 miles a year is a nice goal, but not if you start in december. Now you have to train like a 5000 miles/year runner. (4927 to be preceise) For the sake of longtevity and health listen to your body and do what feels good instead of going for some random number just because it ends with 3 zeros.
Just slow down, like a lot, and knock out the 300ish miles in 3 or 4 days. 😂 Moving Still is fantastic, if you haven’t watched it yet, do yourself a favor and go watch it.
Just be sure not to treat running as an idol, and make sure that running is serving you, you're not serving the running. Your family might need you more than you need to hit this number.
That Boston series intro music is iconic. Thanks for all the great content this year, keep smashing your goals and inspiring us all!
Yeah, just makes me want to use it as an intro always moving forward hahaha
I listen to it when I am trying to get up early to run, never fails to get me out the door. Definitely keep using it! Good luck on 3000.
I was like "which one is that" then it played and my 5 year old shouted FLOBERG
Pre long run, I'll put on a boston video as I'm eating to get me hyped and motivated. I love it
What’s the name of the Boston intro song?
That’s it, I’m in! Beginner runner here. I’m 215 miles away from my first 1000 miles that’s 10 miles a day for 21 days for me. I had it in the back of my mind too. Thanks for the challenge!
let’s go! get after it!!
Let's do it!! Consider splitting up some of your days into doubles: 6 in the a.m. & 4 in the p.m., just to avoid injury! Lots of sleep, good food, and water!!

I applied for Chicago this year, got in, came over from the UK and ran a PB. Thank you for making it. Love all your work. Alistair
Ahhh Alistair!! Amazing!! Keep crushing it! Hoping you make it to 2K this year and 3K next! Keep building!!
Discovered your videos last year and you are the reason I got back into running. Will be running my first marathon in Feb! On week 10 of my training block. Love your videos and all the motivation you provide, keep it up!
So awesome to hear!! Keep grinding through this block!!

and just checked your strava, right now i have 2 miles more ran this year year than you. So very close in comparison
Let's go!! Keep grinding these last few weeks!!
So inspired by you and your content! Good luck with 3k. I’m hoping 2025 brings me a sub 3:30 marathon!
Let's work!!
Love you Floberg. Hope you’re having a happy holidays! ❤
Much love!! Having a blast with the family this season!!
Moving Still is one of the move “moving films” I’ve seen in a long time. I began following you late last year and love your running. But your directorial and filmmaking skills are medal worthy. Thank you for sharing you amazing gifts and talents to inspire us.
Means the world! Thank you so much!!
Go get it. Enjoy the journey 🙂 I'll be watching and willing you on.
Makes complete sense, love it!! this has given me a bit of a boost for the final part of the year. Thanks as always!
Let's go!! Go get it!

Goals like that are so great for making running fun. I’ve enjoyed watching your videos and your running journey. Im going for 1200 miles by the end of the year. Much less, but still fun. Good luck and have fun!
Let's get this!!
Dude so inspiring! On dec 32 i would love to run 5 miles to get you to 3000!
This video is exactly what I needed to see right now. I’ve been taking the last two months to slowly increase my weekly mileage, and throw in speed work, so I’m ready to absolutely crush 2025. damn, good luck. really cool year you've had. It's gonna be tough but it's within the realm of what you're already doing.

Keep up the good work Jason!
Will do Jeff!

You’ll nail it!!! Get it!
Love following along your videos. Gets me motivated to get out and run. 3000 miles is crazy! Goal for 2025 is to try and qualify for Boston 🤘
Let's do it!! Day by day!

Congrats on your first marathon! So awesome to see everyone in the comments getting after it. Hope you enjoy the film!!
@ thanks Eric. Chicago crowd was so awesome. I come back in about 4 years roughly for NYC or Chicago.
Good luck on the push! I'm pushing for 750 miles by year end to setup a goal of 1000 miles in 2025 - Lets do this!!!
Let’s go!!! Get it!!

Way to go Coach Flo! (It’s Mayo, this is my YT account) Love the goal and you absolutely got this! 🏃💪
Awesome intro. And what a year! Thank you for sharing it with us ❤😀
Thanks for following along!!
What an outro! Glad to have met you at the tracksmith event in Chicago
Thanks for all the support!!
I did not realize that I was 20 miles away from hitting a thousand miles for the first time this year until my wife looked at my Strava. No matter what happens You're a beast!
Let's get to work!
Just broke 2000 miles for the year after running CIM 2 days ago for my first marathon and most mileage ever. Thank you for the continued inspiration!
Congratulations!!! Let's keep it rolling!!
Moving still was awesome!!
Thank you so much for watching!!
What a dawg! Coach, 2025 isn’t ready for you, you’re going to kill it !
Appreciate you, homie!! Huge things ahead for all of us next year!!!
Might as well start today. I'm in week 7 of my Austin marathon build. Broke 50 miles first time ever.
Let's goo!!! Keep getting after it!!
It's a perfect time to put in weekly mileage that pushes things a bit. You're far enough off from a goal race, that if things go poorly, there's plenty of time to recover and you'll be fine. 1000% - perfect time to shock the system with something like this. I'm hopeful that it'll set a new standard of higher mileage through the early months of '25.
actually i got three goals:
december & january: building a good base
may ´25 half marathon (sub 1:40)
october `25 marathon (no time goal yet)
thank you for your videos, i really like them! merry christmas to you & your family
Let's go!! Keep grinding!!
Go for it🚀
Get faster in 5km and then 10km before Copenhagen half/Chicago full block🔨
I think that this idea could be dumb, but the care that you're taking in achieving it makes it manageable and inspiring. Just like the 10 miles a day for a month, this could be the thing that changes your "running dna" yet again and takes you to the next level in your evolution.
Heck yes! Here's to getting better & evolving!
Hope you make that goal. I'm trying to get to 3000 kilometers and am only like 130 kilometers removed. So if nothing goes wrong, I'll easily get there.
Heck yes!! Go get it!!!
You got this man!
⚡⚡⚡
I’m going to go out on a limb and say - “there’s no need” to break 3000miles for the year. It don’t make sense.
Good luck with it tho 😅
Sometimes goals need to not make sense. :) See you on the other side!
My guy is a unit. Ily forever
Love ya big dog!!
I just started running 2 years ago, and at the very beginning of this year I made it my New Year’s resolution to run 1000 miles. Yet I’m at 954 and running around 30 miles a week with 21 days left.
You've got this!! Stay disciplined!!
I'm hoping to run 5,000km this year - 233km to go. Let's get it done!
music choices today were ✨wonderful✨
🙏🙏🙏
I miss the Boston intro music…was feeling nostalgic when I heard it again
Same
Just saved moving still to my watch later!
Thanks so much! Hope you enjoy!!
Amazing. You should have no problem getting those goals if you stay consistent. You're right, consistency will be the key!! Keep getting after it!!
My goal for December is to fully recover from my calf strain and fix the reoccurring issue before Grandmas training block starts in Feb.
My goals are to finally be consistent since always lose focus when I leave school to go home for the summer, get up to 50+ miles a week, run my first marathon which will more likely than not be Tucson next year and finally love the process not just the results.
Be about it! One good choice at a time, compounding day after day. Keep grinding!!
Dude it’s wild that the Boston build series was still 2024, feels like forever ago 😅
Right?? 😭
Cause you can't improve if you can't run due to injury. ;)
Heck yes. 100% this.
It is a dumb idea but it’s my kind of dumb idea…get it done dude. You got this! 1% more every day.
2025 race goals:
6 marathons…did 2 this year….one no coach one with coach. Sticking with the coach lol results were way better than expected.
1 50k ultra…
Sub 2 half marathon pr…currently sitting at 2hr 13 mins
1500 total miles for the year
Currently working on rounding out this year with 900 miles.
Excellent. So good to have a long term vision. Make sure you're setting yourself up for a good start on the 1500 mile goal by getting after it these next few weeks!!
Well dang… I’m tacking on a last minute marathon this Sunday and was going to just coast into 2025 without worrying about 2,500. 😅
Luckily I will only need like 40s post marathon.
Goodluck with 3k!
Go get it!! 🫡🫡🫡
Hahahah the best!! Hope you're able to make it work for the next 3 weeks!!
@@flobergruns so far so good!
Blessing me with more elliptical content
My man!
keep it up dude! So exciting! You'll get that sub 2:30. Cheering you on !
Thank you!!
Floberg! Go to Across the Years in Phoenix if you can swing it, guaranteed to get your miles/ultra in by EoY haha
Hahaha I wish!!
Nick Bare and Eric Floberg in one day!! Last day of semester is going well😂- also I really miss OH GOD I WANNA GET BETTER & FAAAAAAALLL IN LOVR
Haha - yeah, we may have to have a resurgence of that theme song on a new series
Let’s frickin go floberg
LET'S GO!!
Yup, been doing a good bit of them already. I think I'll do 10-12 on most mornings, and double 1/3 to 1/2 the time with long runs on Saturday.
Oh heck yeah! Didn't even think about the habits correlation. Hoping a bunch of people start making their own goals to set them up well for January. Thanks for watching and commenting!!
I'm liking the AOD sweatshirt!
Gotta rep!!
Floberg Is My Goat !!!
Big love!!
Keep the run streak alive 231 days & counting. 2:35 at London 🎯
Let's goo!!
Oh you bet we'll be documenting the whole month. ;) Best of luck in training the next 3 months!!
@@flobergruns Awesome! Thanks man!
Let’s go!
Goal is to build up milage to having some consistency in what feels like 10 years. January = run every day to stay strong during cold times. Then I want to run my first marathon in 10 years.
Let's do it. Use the next 3 weeks as a building phase so you can remain consistent in January!
Does anyone know the opening track? I can only find the instrumental version!
Rotisserie by Coldbrew! :)
Watching this video from a squat rack. Goal is to spark strength and speed for a spring half, unlocking new training capacity for a faster fall full.
Excellent! Keep going!!
Good luck the goal is definitely achievable considering your mileage and what you have done, at least you don’t need to carb up with OJ!!! 😂😂😂
lol - less of that this winter haha
Go Cavs! I respect the Bulls though...and enjoy your vids. Great NBA rivalry from back in the day to today--Jordan and the Phil Jackson Bulls against the Lenny Wilkens Cavs. @floberg what are your thoughts on double-thresholds?
First shot...C80 at 12,800 ISO. Called it.
Haha good guess. It was at 3200 for this one.
What song is that in the intro? Shazam doesn’t recognize :(

OH GOD I WANNA FEEL BETTER
PUT IT IN MY VEINS
Damn dude.....I've been tracking and I'm at 1,780 miles on the year and was going to go for 2,000 but that seemed like too much. You got me feeling guilty now! Ugggh
Nah, man! You do you! Try to figure out a good goal for the next 3 weeks to set you up for an entire year that you're stoked about next year!!
What’s shoes do you use for race day
Usually Saucony Endorphin Elites!
The one where Eric becomes an ultra runner :D
Oops
how many shoes is needed to run 3k miles?
A lot. Haha - probably cycled through 6/7 pairs of trainers this year & 3 pairs of race shoes.
I want to do a workout 20 min minimum everyday the rest of the year, drink less to no alcohol and do 100 pushups a day. And carry that into 2025 for big things
Sounds like a great plan!
Boston Music came on and my 5 year old shouted FLOBERG 😂❤
No way!! So awesome!
It's dumb. But send it, good luck. I'd do 8 mi doubles instead of the ultra on worn out legs though.
Yup yup! Thank you!!
big fan of your channel and maybe unpopular opinion but i feel like at least saying it.
3000 miles a year is a nice goal, but not if you start in december. Now you have to train like a 5000 miles/year runner. (4927 to be preceise)
For the sake of longtevity and health listen to your body and do what feels good instead of going for some random number just because it ends with 3 zeros.
Will you be offering individualized coaching in 2025?
We're planning on opening up spots again on January 1st! Looking like 30-40 spots will be added with a bigger coaching team! ;)
83 miles ish a month for 1000 miles ran. I'm on pace for 800 this year
Let's get it!!
Just slow down, like a lot, and knock out the 300ish miles in 3 or 4 days. 😂
Moving Still is fantastic, if you haven’t watched it yet, do yourself a favor and go watch it.
Hahaha I'll save that for the ultra at the end of the month. Thanks so much for watching the doc, homie. Hope all is well!!
Trying to get to 3000 as well (kms in my case 😂)
Let's do it!!
@ yeah! Want to finally break 3 next year in April and this is the beginning of the process. Great video and message, congrats!
Just be sure not to treat running as an idol, and make sure that running is serving you, you're not serving the running. Your family might need you more than you need to hit this number.
