Anger is sign of something unpleasant resides within ourselves which can be washed aways only by attaining more knowledge.. Knowledge is not limited to understanding it is actually reaching to acceptance stage

If you get upset at a problem, the problem is not gone so you get more upset at the problem. This will go on till you realize if stop being upset you can fix the problem or see that that there is none. Something like.

Stress today leads to anger or rage that tends to accompany and support the fight response, while fear or panic generally accompanies and supports the flight response. Hysteria, feeling overwhelmed, or numbness tend to result when the fight or the flight response is activated but the then inhibitor otherwise not acted upon. Following your heart and se what I have learned is not a cliche, it is the fourth choice from stress reactions, I've found now that love permit that.

I would say ignorance is bliss, but if humanity used that as a moral, we would never get anywhere, basking in our untrue bliss. (I have no idea of how to answer that by the way)

+Sholeh Moharer Doing all you can to fix those things in constructive way might be the way to take your attention away from anger and turn it to more productive thing.

Shola All types of anger included here. Harbouring bitterness owing to the well meaning reasons even prevent you from having a day of peace. Instead you can confront the people who have been unjust in a reasonable way. Get the solution instead of the other way round.

    Very good teaching as always!
However i think angry with other people there is when we don't know how to be assertive or we don't want because we are not satisfied of it.
I mean, be assertive means a middle way where we are happy but also the other people are happy...so maybe you or other people want "all the happiness" for themselves without use a middle way...
With objects or situations is different, people instead of find a solution often are only angry and sad...
But when a bad situation or period happens to you, it's normal to feel sad and angry, but we have to use our time in a good way, and so we have to go ahead, learning what we can from the bad situation or we have to take them as an opportunity to change our life in better or simply accepting things aren't always good...
    Even if sometimes is difficult...
Because we often couldn't think something bad can turn into something good...
But when you have often bad situations/periods, there are only two ways, or stay angry and depressed or move ahead...
