I am a Christian man who is a leader in my church and I just absolutely love that God is raising up so many women whether they're famous or not to teach and preach the gospel to other women and to it is well. For the longest time I bashed women preachers, and then one day got introduced me to a book written by a woman preacher and that book brought me so much mental and spiritual healing and biblical understanding about my own iniquity. It is just like God's heart to raise up women after men have a pressed them so much inside and outside of the church for since the beginning of time.

WOW Candace you inspired me with the things that you shared. Especially about your husband. I to have made the mistake of coming home so excited to share what God has taught me. And met with the profound words, stop preaching to me, it only makes me move away. My marriage has evolved over 27 years. Mostly because I never felt that the Lord wanted me to leave or withdraw, just because he hadn’t grown. After all he claimed he was saved at 35 years old and went to church, and did the things that most Christians do. Shared his faith even lead others ( including me) to Jesus. I grew over these past years after God revealed that I needed to keep growing and move when ever he told me to. My husband is with hospice and has changed so much since he knows there is no hope of living many more years,or months for that matter. We have grown so much closer and see that it was the Lord who took me through Letting go and letting God do whatever he needed to do. So that meant to forgive every thing from our past and move on.
No tears until the end when her husband professed his faith publicly and baptized his wife. It spoke to my heart these I have quite a different testimony as my husband after five years of marriage came back to Christ and prayed one day all day that the Lord would give him an open door to speak to his wife about salvation. That was almost 38 years ago and we are still struggling but tonight I know that I will keep praying and sincerely asking God to have His way in our marriage. I have a renewed belief that faithful prayer is all important. God can & will change me. God will take care of my husband.

I can't even begin to describe how watching this video has opened my eyes. I feel like Candace was telling MY story. It is so similar. I was saved on 10-27-10, but since then I have wondered far away from God. I have been miserable for the past year. I realize by watching this that there are many areas of my life that I need to re-evaluate. I have the same problem as she described earlier with my husband. He is not a believer, and while I used to try to witness to him,recently, I have let him bring me down spiritually. Candace was such a blessing to me by watching this video. I just wish I could call her up and ask her to help me.
If you have love, forgiveness, and compassion in your heart then you have not fallen far from God. Do not allow these self-righteous Christians make you feel less worthy. Christ loves and believes in you in spite of your sins. All that we are called to do is to accept the unconditional love of God and pass on that love to others.
This simplicity may sound good in popular culture, but when put it into practice, it oversimplifies the work of salvation and grace to the point of watering it down. The problem with it is that sin hurts you, and it hurts others. "It is for freedom that Christ has set you free, therefore do not be bound again by a yoke of slavery (to sin)." Galations says.
If you have been saved, you cannot run from him as he is inside of you. With that you are sealed with the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption. Get into the Word, read First John.

It’s his plan, take us from unsafe places and puts our feet on solid ground. Isaiah says He is doing a new thing, can you see it? He will make streams in the desert. I have followed you as a celebrity since I was a child. Full House was THE show to watch on Friday nights at my house. I just had NO idea the anointing you have on your life Candace. I love the way you portrayed both God's Law and His Grace. You were able to adequately incorporate BOTH attributes of God without leaving one out. I cried like a baby at the end when you spoke about your husband's salvation. I went through an unwanted divorce and have been praying for him to reconcile to God for FIVE YEARS! And during that time I have been basically raising our (now) 5 y/o son alone since he was 2 months old when his father and I separated. Thank you for this message. I can't even begin to describe how watching this video has opened my eyes. I feel like Candace was telling MY story. It is so similar. I was saved on 10-27-10, but since then I have wondered far away from God. I have been miserable for the past year. I realize by watching this that there are many areas of my life that I need to re-evaluate. I have the same problem as she described earlier with my husband. He is not a believer, and while I used to try to witness to him,recently, I have let him bring me down spiritually. Candace was such a blessing to me by watching this video. I just wish I could call her up and ask her to help me.
If you have love, forgiveness, and compassion in your heart then you have not fallen far from God. Do not allow these self-righteous Christians make you feel less worthy. Christ loves and believes in you in spite of your sins. All that we are called to do is to accept the unconditional love of God and pass on that love to others.
This simplicity may sound good in popular culture, but when put it into practice, it oversimplifies the work of salvation and grace to the point of watering it down. The problem with it is that sin hurts you, and it hurts others. "It is for freedom that Christ has set you free, therefore do not be bound again by a yoke of slavery (to sin)." Galations says.
If you have been saved, you cannot run from him as he is inside of you. With that you are sealed with the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption. Get into the Word, read First John.
@@lucasboden everything you said it totally unbiblical. It is exactly what people who don't want to let go of their sinful ways. God is holy and he hates sin. He says if you love me you will keep my commandments.
So glad I stumbled upon this....What a refreshing testimony, and it spoke so passionately to my heart. I felt it was what God wanted me to hear right now in my life. Thank you, Candace! And, BTW, you are such a beautiful lady - inside and out! I had not really followed Full House very closely at the time, but I liked watching it whenever convenient. But I did watch the "unauthorized movie" about the show, 2 nights ago. Although I don't know if it is all true or not, I enjoyed the movie. Through the movie I came to realize you are Kirk's sister, who I greatly admire for his testimony and Christian movies, etc. You are very talented, and it is so encouraging to know you take such a strong stand for Christ. Valerie Maddox the Bible tells us He is with us always. So even though your not in a great place, He will keep you company and bring you to a better place. It’s his plan, take us from unsafe places and puts our feet on solid ground. Isaiah says He is doing a new thing, can you see it? He will make streams in the desert. You don’t have to “go” to a place. Just talk to him, he is there. 🙏🏼

I discovered Candace's testimony this past Sunday and it resonated in my Spirit because I felt she was just like me and I literally started to weep because alot of things she admitted, I am guilty of too and I am watching this every day as a reminder now. I have followed you as a celebrity since I was a child. Full House was THE show to watch on Friday nights at my house. I just had NO idea the anointing you have on your life Candace. I love the way you portrayed both God's Law and His Grace. You were able to adequately incorporate BOTH attributes of God without leaving one out. I cried like a baby at the end when you spoke about your husband's salvation. I went through an unwanted divorce and have been praying for him to reconcile to God for FIVE YEARS! And during that time I have been basically raising our (now) 5 y/o son alone since he was 2 months old when his father and I separated. Thank you for this message. It soooo encouraged me and made me give my life a second look. I too was the "good girl" who enjoyed the praise and pleasing of people. I realize now that I must keep my eyes on HIS standard of pleasing and acceptable and NOT my own. God bless you in your ministry and also on DWTS.

I want to find God, I prayed all my life, was baptized, when my son fell ill I prayed with all my might for my son to be healed, He passed away at the age of 18 and half, I'm trying, but it's been very hard for me, I'll never understand why my son had to go, but I'm trying.

And such a tiny little fighter! I have a grandson, that reminds me of Robert. And the love we share... I just don't know. It's scary to love someone so much. He IS my heart. I know your world is shattered. I wish I could say or do something to help fill the empty part of your soul. I can't. I believe in God. I try to live a good life. But sometimes I question, 'why?' Why take the one thing that meant everything to her?' I don't know. I am crying, thinking of you now. I don't know you. But I know how much Robert meant to you. Someday soon, whether it's when Jesus comes back or when we die (which won't be long) The dead, in Christ, will rise. Then WE which remain will be gathered up, with them. And so shall we EVER be, with the Lord. That is the hope, that we have. That is ALL the hope we have. My favorite Bible verse is
I Thess. 4:13-18. If I went through what you have, I don't know how well I would live my faith. Faith is our shield. I need to strengthen my shield. Pray for me, as I keep you in my prayers. I will send a 'friend request' I wouldn't, for a minute presume that I could be of any comfort to you. All I can do is listen and pray with you.
