It picks up when you’re on the lighter stage of your deep sleep (or REM sleep) they also have sleep aids to help you drift off. I’ve been using it for 3 years and it has helped tremendously.

For years, I’ve been struggling to find who I am, and I’ve been stuck in a rut for so long after losing the love of my life, losing my youngest son, and losing my best friend in the span of five years. Tongue scraping is such an important thing to do for your daily oral health. Thank you for sharing that with your followers. Tongue scraping can also prevent frequent sore throats. You don't necessarily need a tongue scraper to get the job done, using a metal spoon works just as well.

I read “Stolen Focus” last year and one thing that it talks about is how important day dreaming and mind wandering is for creativity and memory. I saw a video very recently from darling desi where she has started dedicating 10-20 minutes to day dreaming in the mornings. I’ve found this is so helpful for slowing down and not getting caught up in the unhealthy side of productivity- especially if you do it before looking at your phone!

I adjust the duration of yoga according to the time I have available. Sometimes it's five minutes, sometimes ten or fifteen... I just made a huge move in January from the U.S, to Puerto Rico with my husband to help his family out. Great video! I've been trying to wake up earlier and spending time outside first thing everyday. It's going to be easier as it gets warmer. I CANNOT do the 90 minute delay with coffee. I have never enjoyed journaling. I’ll do it for a day or two and then I just can’t. However, when I started “rating the day” it changed. I would give a rate of 1-10 for the day and then write out why I gave it that number and for some reason I liked it way more. I haven’t been great about it, but I definitely feel like it works better for me.

My alarm sound is kettle also a tip is change your alarm constantly so it’s a surprise and when your like “oh ya I changed my alarm” you can be like ok that’s a groovy tune so you kinda want to get up instead of that deadly alarm sound that’s like “BANG BANG BANG” or “TING TING TANG TING TING TANG” ya just a tip it helped me
thank uuu, most of the time i have never time to do things in the morning bc im always really tired and i do everything in the evening, but i always get almost late to school bc i cant wake up and in the weekends i sleep till like 12 but i do set an alarm like if i dont do that i can sleep till 4pm and still feel tired, i dont know why im always tired :( waking up early is really hard for me so thanks for these tips!

This is such a great video!! I have trouble with morning movement mainly just because I live in a dorm that is incredibly tiny and I don't want to take up a lot of space. I find that stretching in bed works great and helps you become more mindful of how you feel.
ugh I know everything you’re are saying is so spot on and I really wanna gift myself with better routines, specially morning routines, but I find it so hard because I’m REALLY not a morning person (and I really am a night owl) so it’s real tough 🥲
When you develop a consistent sleep routine your body will respond in such a way that you will wake without the sound of the alarm. I actually use my alarm to tell me that it is time to get up instead of actually waking me.

I have never enjoyed journaling. I’ll do it for a day or two and then I just can’t. However, when I started “rating the day” it changed. I would give a rate of 1-10 for the day and then write out why I gave it that number and for some reason I liked it way more. I haven’t been great about it, but I definitely feel like it works better for me.
Trusting my bets more at 4RBT now that Finch is in the squad. Feels like batting with a safety net!

My alarm sound is kettle also a tip is change your alarm constantly so it’s a surprise and when your like “oh ya I changed my alarm” you can be like ok that’s a groovy tune so you kinda want to get up instead of that deadly alarm sound that’s like “BANG BANG BANG” or “TING TING TANG TING TING TANG” ya just a tip it helped me

thank uuu, most of the time i have never time to do things in the morning bc im always really tired and i do everything in the evening, but i always get almost late to school bc i cant wake up and in the weekends i sleep till like 12 but i do set an alarm like if i dont do that i can sleep till 4pm and still feel tired, i dont know why im always tired :( waking up early is really hard for me so thanks for these tips!

This is such a great video!! I have trouble with morning movement mainly just because I live in a dorm that is incredibly tiny and I don't want to take up a lot of space. I find that stretching in bed works great and helps you become more mindful of how you feel.

ugh I know everything you’re are saying is so spot on and I really wanna gift myself with better routines, specially morning routines, but I find it so hard because I’m REALLY not a morning person (and I really am a night owl) so it’s real tough 🥲
When you develop a consistent sleep routine your body will respond in such a way that you will wake without the sound of the alarm. I actually use my alarm to tell me that it is time to get up instead of actually waking me.
