I'm guessing that 375 pound sled is a tad tougher on a smaller athlete... Josh knew it was gonna be close because he didn't have a safe lead on that last sled pull.

like i swear half of them are on gear, like my friend wants to get into crossfit games but theres no way he can be lifting that kind of weight unless he took the juice or he trains another 15 years but by then he would be to old lol

I don't really like crossfit. Alot of the sport is about being full of yourself and the "fittest on earth" is an awful overstatement. Also most of these athletes probably aren't natural. I think most of the hate is because of the amateurs and repeated non top 10 finalists and their awful form and workouts. However, when you see some of the top 10 compete they are good at what they do, and I can't discount them for that even though I don't necessarily like or enjoy the sport/exercise program.
If you would have actually read my comment you would see that I watch for the top 10. But I guess reading is beyond someone who's defensive about crossfit.
