    I'm a massive Toyota/Lexus fan. I hope I am able to afford this or any current Lexus one day. They are gorgeous, have exactly the amount of luxury one ever needs and the best part is the reliability.

    I have a gracefully aging 2007 IS250. I love the smaller size because it's extremely agile, easy to park, and a blast to drive in the Mountains. Just put it in sport mode, and you will quickly understand why paddle shifters are awesome. It's a true canyon -carver. It has nearly 200k but sounds and runs like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

    Awesome that your a LS500 fan. Theyre a rather rare vehicle on the road. Perhaps only 3000 per year sold. I'm with you on the runflats. They're loud and I can't wait to get rid of them but we only have 12k miles on ours so we'll wait.

    Thanks for the vid. Got the wife an ES 350 F-sport and we like that car. Been looking at an LS 500 to add to the fleet but was concerned about the size since all LS models now are LWB. Appreciate the perspective!

    • @blackice7408
      @blackice7408 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Do you have a small garage or something? Because you want a fairly long wheelbase when you have an ultra luxury car. It helps with the smooth n comfy ride

    • @99corrado
      @99corrado ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@blackice7408 It's a "standard" sized garage but the 5th gen LS is only LWB while the 4th gen had an LWB and a SWB version. Looking at Porsche Panameras and their executive package vs standard the difference is noticeable when maneuvering in tight spots. The size difference between the two versions of both brands are about the same (5-6 inches), so when the video showed the car maneuvering in the parking lot it gave a good visual of the LWB (only size available on the 5th gens) and how it moved in tight spaces.

    My most favorite car from all the vehicles out there. I find them to be much better than the Euro competitors. Tight urban parking can be an issue but at least you comfortably get to feel like a king inside it. I hope they don't discontinue this one. How does this compare to the new ES350? I know they are similar in styling.

      @@mylexrcfupgrades1222 I am considering buying the ES in the next few months. It is a great car indeed. Some folks like hybrids but I've had a pretty neutral experience with them after my 2008 Camry's Hybrid battery failure. Currently own a non-hybrid 2020 Camry LE and it has as much power as the 300h. I average around 38-40mpg with lots of city driving. I prefer the ES350, lots of power, gas mileage isn't too bad for a V6, and rock solid reliability!

    I test drove this car for a day. Really liked it. Really wished in came with a V8. That V6 just seemed to struggle under hard acceleration. Took away from the luxury a bit compared to my S550. There really is no replacement for displacement.

      @@rli1233 I don't know. I did have it in sport and sport +. Still not as fast as the Mercedes or the BMW. It was on par with the Genesis G90 V8, but i loved the character of the Genesis' V8.
