Ruby!... I just love your recipes, they are easy, khatarnak and enjoyable to cook and eat! Very family orientated. I have one question, or need your opinion. When I make biriyani, I don't go through the trouble of making dough and sealing the lid because modern pots with their matching lids make a perfect seal. I still see people doing that, dum to wesei hai aur chawal to pukki gaya. Its a leftover from our bapdade ke zaman.
