    Glad to see you're still cranking out reps on this machine! My FTX is still my favorite purchase; use it almost every day! Watching this makes me wish I dropped a few more bucks and got the SF3 just for the smith bar.

    I used to have the sf3, personally starting at the bottom for squats for me became a challenge as i moved up in weight. I sold it and purchased a rit fit m1 2.0 - i thin k you would really enjoy it. only con is that its not have a weight stack but has a traditional smith

    your video inspired me to get the Centr 3 by Inspire SF3 - you might want to add that to your title to help with search. Same item, just different color smith bar and inspire branding after Inspire was bought out. Thank. you for your videos.

    Do you have a problem with changing the weight when there is an attachment connected to the machine?

      No- I think you may need to adjust your pulleys very slightly.
