ASV Duisburg Winterlaufserie 2024 - dritte Läufe / Winter Race Series - third races

The ASV Duisburg Winter Race Series is very famous. Thousands of runners start with a series of three races into the new year.
This year I am going to run these races to support the training progress for the Boston Marathon 2024. My daughters run the shorter distances.
I did it again. I managed to run personal best again: 1:30:12 (Half Marathon)

Super Zeit Marco, hab mich schon auf das video gefreut. Ich hab meine 10km Bestzeit auch um 1 Min auf 53,19 verbessert. Nächstes Ziel Halbmarathon unter 2 Stunden. Danke fürs Filmen und hochladen.
