Press the buttons simultaneously for around 20 seconds: Home + Power + Volume Up
Step 2:
Press the buttons simultaneously for around 20 seconds: Home + Power + Volume down.
Step 3:
Press the Volume Down button to Restart the phone.

If it swithes off after restarting then do that again and keep the warning screen on do not press restart let your phone charge for 15 minutes and then restart. 👍

I liked this video only for the statement "May be it's stuck, let's try" I tried and it worked..one thing.. it was not in this way . The reason why your phone doesn't get charged is due to improper update installation or interrupted update installation. Try to turn on your phone if it is able to and then go to settings and install the software update..as the update is downloading, plug out and plug in the charger. It should work.

lolz....thanks....however for my case the screen did not turn on..i just remove the charging plug and and press the start and display button (as shown in the vid) about few minutes....then when i plugged it on again it charged.....electronics are fucking weird....lolz

My son bites my phone...crack all.over..this is my 4th phone..gave up on buying and yeah times bad anyways....he is special needs. 2 weeks ago he dropped it in the toilet bowl...it short circuited went dim! But useable since i left is on the hydrated..but the on/off button stopped working!

I remember everything explaied in the video, the device was stuck no charging no turn on , so i pressed to download load mode and then exit , and pressed to reset mode , then restart the device , thats what i did , the problem was the device is stuck and nedeed to be restart by doing this without open the device follow theese steps .

Hey, do you know what is wrong with my phone. The battery died [reached 0], then it wont come on. It only vibrate once every 10 seconds.
I can't tell but it could be battery or charging port not working properly, try to clean charging port with alcohol using brush and try again. Otherwise you need to check and replace the damaged ones.

i did not think this was gonna work and in the second try it did but your phone might say no command and in that case just leave it for a few seconds and then reload the reboot system you will know how do that when the screen shows you it but thanks this did work

I am experiencing this problem right now all I did was put it to charge, it took about 10 mins till I saw the first % hopefully it comes on.. Btw what cause the battery to take long to charge as usual? Sometimes it takes 8 to 10 hours to fully charge an sometimes its not even fully charged.. do i need a battery replacement??? I have a J7Pro
Well i can't decide, how long does your battery stay until drain to 0, if it drain fast even if you didn't use it, then you may have a problem with battery, anyway i recommend first to use another charger to make sure it's not a charger problem.
