Been suffering with anxiety for about 9 years. It’s never easy but what I find helps me is enjoying the little things again. Grabbing my favorite iced tea, taking a walk, going to the gym (probably has helped me the most this far) anything to take my mind from reality even if it’s for a few minutes. It helps trust me, you all will be in a better place with time and small progression steps

But coming out the other side of that darkness is a better feeling than you could ever have had without the horrific experiences of crippling anxiety. This song describes me to the letter. 3-4 hours of sleep a night, outlandish work demands and constantly wondering if anybody really cares. Throug the grace of God I'm in a much better space today than I was in 2or3 years ago. We can/will overcome.

Man..it's like this track was pulled from my own thoughts. Joell was almost scarily spot on in what he said. Not gonna lie, I couldn't even get through the whole track on the first go cuz it was too relatable. It breaks my heart to know so many people suffer from so many types of anxiety but I'm glad it's getting more and more awareness. Talk about it, as much as you can and as much as you need to. Anxiety has been controlling me and my life and I’m glad that we’re getting some clarity on what this is and how to deal with it. I still haven’t mustered up enough balls to go talk to a doctor; smh. My life is still torture but my friends and family allow me to deal with it. Thank you God for carrying me.

It's about eleven years I got some cases of anxiety. Three years ago I went in Belgium looking for a work and a night, I realized to be alone in a foreing country and I started shaking and sweating cold, then I saw a big spider's shadow walking near a wall and my breath was gone. That was the last attack because then I met my girlfriend who made me back to happiness but two nights ago, one more attack thinking about situation all around the world. I'm italian and I started thinking I've got the virus. My girlfriend steyed my side again and she calmed me and I got my breath was cut because of anxiety. I hope the best for every of you.

I recognize experiencing anxiety (along with ADHD & depression) for more than 25 years. It's rough. Most days just want to go to sleep, forever.
I know I'd be a whole lot more likely to experience joy or happiness if I never had to worry about homelessness again or the constant drag of poverty. In a way, my brain tumor is kind of comforting, knowing that this pain will likely be over sooner rather than later.
