This is a difficult question I know. I wonder just how slow 0.8mm storkraft is compared to say 1.5mm reflection ( which I have a sample of). If 0.8 storkraft is a very slow one ( that is slow enough to caue a double bounce on the table against a loaded top spin ), then I do not need to go explore the 1.2 or 1.6 versions of storkraft. I think on those versions, I will be losing from the spin-reversal ability. How can I know how slow 0.8mm on a hard/stiff blade without actually putting one on? I will use palio TCT.
@Haluk- Storkraft (0.8) is very likely faster than 1.5 Reflection. Before Storkraft , I used reflection (0.9 I think). The slow double bounce ability comes from spin reversal and damping. If you used 1.5 reflection, I think 1.2 Storkraft may be better I'd think

Here you can see my style ( th-cam.com/video/XYJI2YuNBL0/w-d-xo.html ) Guido told me that the Reflection 0.9 would be the most similar to my current set of long pips but seeing you with the Storkraft 0.8 I think it would suit me better, or perhaps the new Super Barna Black Edition. .... @vinay Chandra you play also here with DMS Storkraft 0.8 mm?? I have play it several times also and it is a very slow anti. Maybe the 1.2 mm gives more control and it is a little bit faster. DO you also play short on table with this rubber?
@willy - yes I play with Storkraft 0.8. From what I understand 0.8 is much faster than 1.2 but has more control . I do play short on table with this and it’s very good for that type of a game
@@VC0122 i also play with Spinlord Gigant II 1.5mm and what i know is that i can better attack(open a Attack) with this rubber then the Storkraft 0.8 mm. But i like to play with Storkraft because it is more disturbing. I play it both with Spinlord Ultra Carbon Def Blade. I like too play with much control......
Really nice games! Is that Seth Pech you play against the first minute or so? If so, how did it go against him? He playes a leage here in Sweden, one or two steps above me, so I am really curious how your USATT rating can be compared to rating points in Sweden. I have been using 1,2 mm Störkraft on a Stiga Clipper Classic lately, very nice! I am impressed with how you manage to loop with the Revolution, I found that very hard for generating spin and arc on loops. With the Clipper it is much easier. But also, blocks with anti may rise a little more with Clipper.
@ Joachim- Thank you very much. It is Seth Pech indeed. I lost to him 3-1. He's certainly much better than I am :) though I think I can hang with him . My USATT rating is 2155 now. It mostly hovers between 2150 and 2210. I have grown up using all wood blades . So have no problem looping with revolution. Have also been trying Sauer Troger Unicorn which is much slower . @@VC0122 Seth is ranked around #170 in Sweden, rating points around 2500. I am around position 7-800 with points around 2000. As a comparison, Truls Möregårdh is top 10 with around 3100 points. Mattias Falck has not been playing in Sweden for awhile so his points are not valid. Satoshi Aida also has around 3100.
Very nice tactics @Vinay Chandra what is your TTR points probably about 2000 points or so. I have bought yesterday DMS Storkraft 0.8 mm and i will use it on my Sanwei Two Faces on my BH and on my FH i will use Spinlord Marder 1.5 mm In wich league do you play?
@Willy- Thank you. My USATT rating hovers between 2150 and 2200 (2155 now). I don't play any leagues. Just play a few tournaments as and when possible. Your new setup looks exciting. Good luck
