Seeing everyone watch Aoife's cat while andy refuses to look up and continues drawing is exactly as I would've guessed
Mike's ability to incorporate letters into the drawings seamlessly (AND still draw the thing he was supposed to draw) was genuinely amazing. And under-appreciated.
If it wasn't for him streaming he likely would've won

Andy mentioned that he loved the aesthetic. It brings to mind a really fun and stylish horror themed little card game I love called Gloom. If the guys ever do a tabletop stream for Halloween, I think they would really love it.

this is definitely a tough game to stream, especially at the end with the audience being able to see what Mike’s drawn and everything. Not sure if there’s a way to play and stream without audience (or if that would even be any fun) but just a thought if you wanted to come back to this. I like the concept of hiding a letter in the drawing a lot
If they just show the main screen, and not an individual's screen, it should work fine.

I think they did it this way simply because the game has come out so recently and not many people will be familiar with it yet - plus its complicated enough that some extra visuals to help explain what the players are doing was actually quite helpful! 😊 they could definitely stream again another time without showing Mike's screen, and that way the audience wouldn't be able to give anyone away at the end. I found it kind of fun to automatically have someone to cheer for though!
@@dontcallmemadeline for sure! I think doing it this way for the first time was good because I agree it’s a pretty confusing game when you’re just watching and seeing Mike hide the letters as he draws is really beneficial!

enjoyed watching the stream and trying to guess who did it, it would be nice if the game varied up the letters you got each round. i also like how we got to see someone's drawing camera

Loved Aoife and Johnny being here. This was a fun stream. I appreciated sonic the hedgehog and Shrek making guest appearances as accomplices lol.

This was great fun! Some of those designs were really clever, and it was great to see Johnny and Aoife as well. Also an aside but the music in the game was wonderful

I have to say this is the most complicated Jackbox game that i've ever seen... 😅
Although I prefer the other games (and I wish they did the challenges of the week again) the stream was relaxing and the names of the victims made me laugh 😊

I dont have time to watch this yet since I'm at work, but I just had to come and praise the thumbnail, its amazing!
The fact that it assigns them the same letter every time makes it easier to narrow down, especially since they only give 2-3 shapes for that letter. That was offset in this stream by how long it took them to realize that, and to realize that the lead investigator didn't do it. But if they played again, it wouldn't be as fun because they'd narrow them down to two pretty quickly once they work out what everyone's letter is... and it'll give that away after the first game.
I wonder if the game would assign new letters if they started an entirely new game every round instead of continuing with the same players? It would be a few extra minutes of re-picking characters and such each time, but could increase the streaming replay value. Would love to see them play this again, so I feel a bit invested in troubleshooting the game’s Same-Letter-Syndrome.
Could it help it they used their surname as well, increasing the number of letters?

The way to play this in future is to remember that Andy's fart lexicon is most expansive.
It seems like if you pick "same players" after one game, you keep the same letter in the next round. That's a nice little added challenge to hide them better when everyone knows what it is. Cool little addition to the game. :)
Mike is that modern day murderer. Stream every kill but always on a delay give himself a head start from those pesky stream “police” snipers.

This game feels like one of the weaker ones, but it was a really lovely stream because you've all got such lovely chemistry.
I feel like it would be a lot of fun to play, but maybe not the best for streaming
I'm assuming this game's from the newest party pack, since I haven't played it before when I've played all the prior Jackbox games. My assessment is that it seems like a ton of fun to play, but it's not the best game for an audience.
The chainsaw is branded with my initials Mike. Excellent choice of letters. Pretty sure the game chooses the letters that are balanced in the names. Not the least or most common?
As a “Brandon”, I will be saving the birthday wishes at the beginning for later.
To be fair, you could hide a lot of letters on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
Took me a while to understand what was going on, and each round seemed to be quite long, but this game does look like a lot of fun. Might have to try it out with my friends soon.
I liked the idea of showing what was going on when you're playing, but yeah, doesn't really work when the audience can give you away.
I also appreciated the masquerade mask that Ellen had to hand as well - very thematically appropriate.

I'll admit this took almost one full round of play for me to fully understand, but I really enjoyed it! Looks like good fun.
I imagine you kept getting the same letters because it goes with the ones that are in multiple names, so it'd be easier to trick people, but I still wonder why it didn't switch things up once in a while? There were definitely more duplicate letters than letters it gave you all.

Mike always had to hide I (capital and lowercase & cursive). I think the game makes it so you have to hide the 2nd letter of your name every time.
