Just bought (7/28/22)one exactly as you described. Traded in the 2013 SLC Mega Cab with the 5.7 Hemi, 4x4. Truck done really well and a good trade in value.
This truck is so fancy my wife likes this one waaay better.
BTW, great reviews. And I like the chrome, it last longer as you described. 👍
I'm glad you respected the subjectiveness of the Chrome trim preference. Because what I like the most in this truck is the chrome trim
I bought a 19 3500 SRW in 2019, couldn't be happier, I put 50k miles on it already.
Anyway you can post a picture of the window sticker so we can see what packages it has?

Really nice truck, can you start checking the bed to see if it has bed lights installed, very expensive to add if they are not installed from the factory. Personally I think every truck made should have them. Thanks for the video.
My 2022 laramie has them pre installed. they're great, also side mirror led's

Hello, I've tried to figure this out myself and the Dodge Ram 2500 forum Facebook nobody can give me the answer. I ordered a 2022 2500 Laramie. I have the 12 inch screen the safety Group B and level B package. I did not get towing group. Will I have four cameras I know I won't see behind the trailer but will I see all the way around my vehicle when I'm backing up? It's up in the air because with the adaptive cruise I think it uses the cameras on the mirror so they should be there. I think I automatically get the cargo camera because of Group B period but any help would be appreciated thank you

Seeing how there aren’t any trucks around to drive or look at, here’s my question to you Ben.
1 ton/3500 SRW trucks. Out of the big three, equipped with their respective diesel power trains. Variables and biases (if applicable) aside, used as a daily driver during the week, tow pig on weekends hauling a 15000 lb fifth wheel. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. Which one are you buying?
Definitely the ram. Ram is the most comfortable ride and Cummins has the history to prove its reliability

I really hate when people say this lol. The Allison transmission is nothing exceptional. The transmission in this truck is fine stock. It is the people tuning, and adding power, that have issues. I agree, I would love to see a stronger transmission. Ford has nailed it. People have hardly had issues with the super duty trucks. I am also convinced Ford is the best heavy duty truck now.
The Allison is coming... 2024 watch and see!

😂 I drove family of 4, 2 being kids. All 5 of us packed into merc C class ran out of gas. 2miles from dealership. 100 degrees heat, no water. It wasn’t fun. Still sold them the car so happy ending
So been reading some comments and why do you want a Chevy trans in a ram? And ram don’t need a v8 they are already kicking ass on the outhers. 30,000 plus tow rating. Ram is number one in my book. I love mine.

pretty sure most…. If not all 2022’s don’t have power folding tow mirrors…. WTF? I think the last truck I had with manual folding mirrors was a 2006.

Ram should have placed the 5th Gen cab on the heavy duty trucks! They Are way behind Ford and GM in the heavy duty market.

@@pethogriggs4990 That's everything. Tongue load (10-12% of trailer weight) plus people and stuff.
@@pethogriggs4990 My buddy has the same truck with the gasser and he's at 2800. The weight of the diesel takes away from payload.
