  • Here are 4 key points to keep in mind for skipping. Look straight ahead always, have "soft" knees, be mentally and physically RELAXED and go at YOUR OWN natural rhythm. Keep these in mind and as you improve your natural rhythm will speed up over time. Don't force it, allow it to be natural and fluid. Put in the work over time to improve.
