It's funny that it comes through like that, because I don't use many mids... But oh yeah, great guitar, RIGHT between single coils and humbuckers to me...
Just wanna say thanks for all the views, y'all! And those of you who took the time to comment, like, or subscribe, a HUGE "Thank Yoooou!" Y'all ready for some inexpensive gear reviews? ;)
LoL, yup, still got it, haven't changed a THING except the strings, and I still LOVE it... My ONLY GRIPE is a single high fret on the high E side that VERY occasionally grabs the string... It sounds and plays great, and it was well worth the money... Especially if you can do a lil fret dressing, LoL...
great review man you deserve more comments on this .. im actually thinking of getting this guitar if my wife doesnt kill me lol .amazing how you play without the use of your middle finger !
Thanks for the warm words, hoss... It IS a good lil guitar... Especially for the price... And yeah, I try to not let the finger thing slow me down TOO much, lol... To be honest, I'm actually a lot better now than I ever was BEFORE I cut it... But for a while there my life was OVER, man, lol... Thank God I just COULDN'T stop, lol...
I really appreciate that, hoss... Thank you! We're still in our infancy, and at this point, we only have about 50 subscribers, so that means A LOT to us! But hey, you can say that you knew us before we were famous, lol... And as far as the TE-90 QM, they ARE great sounding, AMAZING lookin little guitars... Normally, I'm a Squier FANATIC (as you can tell from all my videos, lol) but that one's definitely stickin around!
Hey man, Im so tempted to get this. How's the quality of the body? Bindings? Paint? and overall quality of how it is constructed? Im gonna use only the body and put my favorite neck on it..
The body and binding is straight-up flawless... Absolutely NO complaints... The quality completely blew away all my expectations... As far as "flaws" go, there was one screw in one of the pickups that was backed out a little, and the nut was cut a little rough... Had a couple little "hangnails", but that was literally all... The neck's even surprisingly good... First roseacer fretboard that I've owned, but it's nice... Didn't even have to oil it when I got it... I did a FULL review over here;www.squier-talk.com/threads/finally-ngd-p-90-tele.158597/
@@ck2music712 I'm on Squier-talk as well! well the only thing I am hesitating on is if a standard Fender neck would fit on the pocket without re-drilling! I have a solid rosewood neck that I'm eager to get mount on this!! love that P90 growl!
@@BardOfTheSixString , I personally wouldn't recommend planning on replacing the neck without ever playing it or even giving it a try... You might be surprised... In my personal experience, IF people have complaints about Harley Bentons, it's usually the same problems that you run into with MOST less expensive guitars; minor fret sprout, sharp frets, etc... A.k.a. nothin you usually can't fix with a SMALL amount of know-how and elbow grease, lol... The roseacer neck on mine is great! Oh yeah, what's your name on SquierTalk so I can look ya up?
Lol, I had to check... That's actually one of my songs, and it actually has another chord in it now, lol... It'll be a whole song one of these days, lol...
That guitar has such nice midrange. It sounds like it is singing. Love it!

Start opening riff?

Neck pickup?
I like it too, lol... Didn't focus on it much in this video, but I stand by what I said, the pickups are really clear, and bright...
