Man, Wolf went up there and killed it. I think all of Eddie's fans feel like proud pappas right now. Of course, Ed would be the proudest of them all. Wolf is a truly incredible musician. Ed was not lying when he said that he named him correctly. ❤
Wolf looks great! Amazing musician. My god who woulda thought one day (way too soon) EVH would be gone and his son would step up and just blow our minds. I know he’s NOT his dad but in ways he is exactly his dad. TALENT ❤ Congrats Ozzy! ❤️
I love the line up.. Wolfie, Maynard, Robert, Zak, Jelly, Billie, Steve, drummer from Chili peppers it was so awesome to see them all play together. 🤘👊
been alot of billy idol hate on facebook so i had to check it out i thought he did pretty damn good, he's old aswell and but still rocking pretty hard!
Congratulations OZZY!! about time they put you in the rock n roll hall of fame But after this we need a jelly roll and ozzy on a song together I think that would be such a historical song I love ozzy I grew up listening to him and I love jelly roll he is so motivational I really think a song with both of them would be really epic
No it wouldn't. What the fuck are you talking about? It's widely known that Eddie Van Halen was incredibly disrespectful to Randy rhoads. Randy made several efforts to meet and befriend Eddie only to get shunned every single time. The nonsense some of you people come up with for attention.
I have no idea who the Flying V player was, or who the 'Mama' singer was, but cannot complain about the Wolfie, Chad, Rob, Zakk, and Billy Idol line up at all. Although I think most fans would agree Crazy Train, Bark at the Moon, and Over The Mountain would have been a better song selection, and ending with a short Sabbath tune like Paranoid or shortened Iron Man would have pleased fans and corporate media alike!
Nobody can sing like the prince of darness! Nice tribute but i think Zakk should have handled all of the vocals judging how well he does with Zakk Sabbath. Great to honor Ozzy though...we've been fortunate to have him help invent the best music ever! Congratulations Ozzy! \m/ ( >"< ) \m/
i thnk the singers were up there cause of their fame, not cause they can still hit high notes, but there were lots of better choices for people to sing these songs. even michael sweet from stryper is still hitting the high notes, and hes about as old as billy idol
Other than Wolfie, Zakk, and the rhythm section this performance was rather lackluster and hideous. Even the crowd was rather quiet. I think everyone was expecting Ozzy to sing at least one song. 👎
I will just say it since nobody else will. This was horrible. I've heard bands at county fairs better than this. Also really Jelly Roll? "Let's show we're in touch with the youth maaannnn... who do we get?" "Jelly Roll"
Lol. Maynard is arguably one of rocks more talented singers, Jelly Roll isn't incapable and Billy idol is a legend(if not a little on the old side). The problem isn't the talent per se, it's that very few can sing in the same register as Ozzy so you get what you get really. Though I will agree with you that the vocal qualities aren't great here. I have a feeling these singers could barely hear themselves to tell if they were in key or not on top of just struggling like hell to try and hit those Ozzy notes. While I don't agree they needed *better* singers, they could have definitely brought in some that could emulate Ozzy's voice a little better. Jack Black is a shaky choice, while he's a good singer in his own right, if he can't hit the notes he needs to he tends to do an over the top low falsetto kind of thing for a comedic effect. While that's not always a bad thing I don't think it's what they were going for to induct Ozzy into the Hall of Fame.
Wolf dad is so proud of you !!! Who would have ever thought A Van Halen playing Randy rhoads crazy train ?❤
Well considering how much Eddie didn't like. Randy
@@carlpostuma1469I was just about to tell him that,
So glad Billy gets to perform. Him and his band are so underrated, he'll be so excited to be there for Ozzy!
Same here…warmed my old dark heart to see Billy❤❤❤

everyones forgoting about chad smith on drums
He screws up mama...came in early after the solo and played it too fast
He did great stop hating@@shamwow7996
@@elishazigman770 not everything is great. This sh*t is trash awful covers. They butchered these songs
That no more tears solo is probably the heaviest thing ever played on that stage

Go Wolfie!! Your dad would be so proud❤
That's Maynard James Keenan from Tool!
He did extremely well with it even though he admitted the song was outside of his vocal range.
Indeed they played it a step lower
This was incredible to watch live. Disney got it so smooth and nice... 10/10
Wolfie rocked it! Congrats Ozzy!!
Eddie would be so proud! Wolfy up they’re killing a Randy Rhodes solo in an Ozzy Osbourne tribute! That’s fucking awesome🤟
Randy Rhoads..
this shows u how good ozzy is as a singer

Felt it sounded vocally terrible 😢
I'm so happy to see wolfie being such a badass. Super sweet guy. Deserves all the best. Supremely talented

Thank you
Thanks for this Simply amazing to have them on stage performing in 2024
Wolfie. Pops would be proud
Adam Wakeman on keys - I saw his dad Rick last night in Milwaukee and he mentioned his son was here. (has been attached to Ozzy 25+ years)
Wolf has gotten really good! A chip off the ol block.
Zak still looks epic as hell same for Billy idol 😍
Cheers 🍻 congrats Ozzie
Once in a lifetime epic Ozzy tribute.
Ozzy you are a legend , NEVER be anyone like you ever again !!!
Love live Ozzy. Without him, whats music?
Is that Chad Fking Smith blasting away on drums beautiful, Wolf nailed it.
You forgot to mention MAYNARD JAMES KEENAN!
GOD'S GIFTED 144OOO PARTY 😊❤
Of all of eddies accomplishments this would have been his proudest

Wow wolfy thankes for not butchering Randy stuff like Brad Gillis did, nice job as usual,
jellyroll did a great job on mama ilm coming home
Great job by jelly on mama im coming home
Crazy train
Love you always Ozzy ❤✌️🤟😎🥰❤️💪💪👊💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯🌟✨💫💙🖤🖤🖤💙🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯
Pretty sure thats Zack Wilde too!
Billy Idol actually sounded the best of the three singers by far.
Jelly Roll sung Mamma. Sabbath is already inducted, this was Ozzy as a solo artist
Would have loved to hear Chris Cornell sing their version of War Pigs for him 🖤 But otherwise awesome - fucking love Maynard 🖤
Maynard kicked ass on Crazy Train, I read that he was very nervous about hitting the notes
Put Maynard in your title if you want more views
Is that Billy idol?
No 🌄
Yes it is 😂
Maynard 😍😍😍😍👍🤟

Alright Ozzy Osborne playing second fiddle to Cher and Dione Warwick. Moving up in the world Ozzy😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂!
Badass

Is the other short haired, blonde guitar guitar player Pat Smear from the Foo Fighters? It really looks like him.
Andrew Watt....
@@warinsidemyhead8939dude was annoying AF
Pat knows how to lay back and play this jerk off was running all round the stage.
@@spacebass79g98 He's a douche
They should of got michael star from steel panther to sing

@@marcosmangione7621 Maynard James Keenan from Tool and Wolfgang Van Halen
Why is Jelly Roll there? He did an okay job, but he's not rock and roll.
Stop

I love Maynard but this song doesn’t match his range at all. First time I’ve ever disliked a live performance from him
I will just say it since nobody else will. This was horrible. I've heard bands at county fairs better than this. Also really Jelly Roll? "Let's show we're in touch with the youth maaannnn... who do we get?" "Jelly Roll"

Great band, wrong singers ; Billy Idol is bloody awful and Maynard sounds weird singing 1980s mtv metal
Who’s the bald singer?
Maynard James Keenan. TOOL’s singer, Puscifer’s Singer, and A Perfect Circle singer
@@twotoes1249 ohhhh yes
Also Billy Idol seems like he is doing a very bad imitation of David Bowie
The band was awesome, but they needed some better singers. Jack black should have got of that stool and sang one.

There are a lot of great singer that could hit those high notes, way better than these 3 choicea

@@Steam_Engenius a very good analysis but hard to find anyone who could emulate Ozzy's unique voice and Jack Black certainly wouldn't fit
