But some of us have seen him multiple times! And that's good enough for me. I attended Costa Mesa, 1992, when Rob Halford subbed for Ronnie James Dio because Ronnie was ill, and then Ozzy did his set, and then they came out with the original Sabbath and played four songs: Paranoid, Fairies Wear Boots, Iron Man, and I believe Children of the Grave, although I'm a bit fuzzy on that last one, as I was pretty wrecked that night. I woke up hungover and almost blew it off, but my old lady said, "Dude, you're _not_ missing Ozzy's 'final' show!" And we bought that ticket, the last of three nights, because we thought that he might team up with Sabbath one last time, and we were correct! That was the show that kicked off the Sabbath revival tours! And by the way, because I was hungover, I missed both Sepultura and Alice in Chains who opened for them... yeah, that f'ing DEMON ALCOHOL! 😝 Side note: Dio got a little better health-wise, and a few years later, I got to see him at Irvine Meadows, now Verizon Stadium, play with Sabbath, and with both Alice Cooper and Queensryche opening for them. What a show _that_ was! 😝 Here's to the Ozzfather! 🤘
@@robertwiesler381, thank you, and I want to visit your country! My country is taking a huge dump right now. I need more culture in my life other than Taco Bell and McDonald's! 😝
Thank you Ozzy for the music and the memories and for the special mention of Randy Rhodes simply the best metal guitar player of all time. Eddie was a technical genius but his playing was like a scalpel too clean almost machine like... Randy's playing made the hairs on my arm stand up. It's was musical... his solos were like songs within a song. His riffs were visceral and made those two albums magical.
They should have merely called it the "Music Hall of Fame." Calling it the "Rock and Roll" Hall of Fame cornered them, and they didn't seem to care. Cleveland needed the revenue, obviously.
The only thing I did not like about Ozzy's speech was how he groveled this platform that shunned him for _years._ Other than that, hey, his speech was _awesome._ 🤘 The only better speech I could think of came from Alex Lifeson of Rush, with his "Blah, Blah, Blah" speech.
You just can't let the man have a moment, can you? It's fucking Ozzy being inducted, not Randy or Bob. He always talks about Randy, and gives him accolades all the time. Including now.
“hE dIdN’T ThAnK jAkE aND Bob!¡🤮😭” He said months back he wasn’t going to give a long dull speech, and he didn’t. It took ten minutes for Mike Love to cry about the Beatles before The Beach Boys went in, who else did he thank? Stay mad for every wrong reason on purpose🤡
@@-mrgan-420 I agree. Although he gave praise to Randy, he said nothing about Lee Kerslake who did the drums on those 1st 2 albums. And, if it wasn't for Tony, Geezer & Bill, he wouldn't be there either.

It's obvious to me that Ozzy is short on timespan when it comes to life... and he didn't want to get into a long diatribe like others have in the past. Sure, he could have gone on and thanked everyone, but I'm sure those people didn't take offense, considering that Ozzy isn't long for this world.

again😢

Thank you so much

Rock and roll Hall of Fame? They put run DMC in there before Ozzy Osbourne! That says it all😢
This is his second time in, he was already in with Black Sabbath.
@@tonyponchopeters, yeah, but was only recently they got in, because Ozzy complained about them not being in ahead of those other bands.

Wow I thought he was already in it damn what took them so long.
