Yeah for the trial cam is back. It was interesting just how curious everything was of the pumpkins but not try them well except the birds and surely a mouse or two. Loved watching your TWO furbabies out romping in the woods playing together like they had been best of buds their whole life. Merry Christmas🎄

Thank you for giving them to the deer and other wildlife💜. We live in NJ and a few years ago, our town cut out (without warning) 4.5 acres of woods right behind our home. My husband and I cried for days. Then 13 deer moved onto our property and we started caring for them ever since. They get pumpkins every year and love it.

Cats?!🥺 The weather looks tolerable over there, here in WI we're in the negatives with non-stop snow and there's a blizzard moving in starting tonight. Yuck😭. Everyone was waiting for the snow and now it's like please stoooop! This was beautiful footage, thank you so much for sharing with us, it warms my heart, and we need all the warmth we can get!🥰
When I was a baby, my parents had some nice watermelon and pumpkins growing in their garden. Right before they had a chance to go out and pick them, deer got to them first. My mom loaded up the broken eaten pieces in a wheel barrow and tossed them down the hill above our creek. She said the next few years they ended up having them growing wild down there.
The best of times 😁 I wonder if the pumpkins were non gmo because animals will reject it if they have other food sources. Also, where are all the deer and raccoons? I think they would be among the first to dig in.
pumpkin is not a normal in the woodlands so they might not know they can eat them however it's recommended not to feed them pumpkins they attract predators as you saw some were mountain lions and coyotes in some states it's illegal like in Colorado
Watch out, you’re going to have a huge pumpkin patch there next year! Always be careful when putting pumpkins in the woods because they will plant themselves and take over the local flora. ❤ it might be a better idea to take the seeds out and just leave the flesh out for forage.
