Help me understand in the beginning of the video the boats out of the water, means that when the tide is high it gets to that spot? all though at the 8:13 I read a sign said museum? Is this a fishing town?

Thank you for watching. Yes it's a fishing town. The Golden Hind is a museum ship. There's some information in the description about it. Yes that's right, the tide is out so the boats at the beginning are left sitting like that until the tide comes back in again.
