That's a beautiful thing both to listen to and to watch! I think Bach would have approved.
Since Bach transcribed many of his works, especially the concerti, from instrument to instrument, it's not impossible he might have have made such a transcription himself! There are already two versions of this from Bach, the other for two harpsichords and strings.

I have heard of the concept of 2 organists playing on 1 organ, but this is the first example I have actually seen/heard, and it works. Not sure why this has not been done more often, even if the ergonomics are a bit cramped for 2 players.

The transcription is in C minor? Since it sounds like a transcription in C# minor, but the organ of the Martinikerk is intonated half a tone higher?
Is the sheet music available somewhere?
Yes, in C minor to avoid having to rewrite too many passages in the high register. The sheet music is not yet available but it certainly will one day.

Why am I watching the guy who turns the pages...
I am only a "bachophile" recipient of organ music (however as a former citicen of Freiberg in Saxony in Germany with its large Silberman cathedral organ (aguably the best organ of the world according to organists) I am very pamperd indeed. And i often feel miserable how Bach is played. You however play quite perfect for me (clear inonation, not too fast. Could be in this form composed for organ by himself.... Only small weakness maybe is the instruments limited technical capabilities...Some interpretations of late cathedral organist Otto replay in my mind, ...But very nicely done....
