Hey Marble Madness. So nice to see you! Thank you very much for your kind words. Yes, this project was very challenging. Much more than most people recognize (except for you of course). Getting eleven little dragons into her head was always going to be the do or die moment. But with a little good luck I managed to get them in, and the distribution turned out to be pretty good. Relief. Hope all is well.

you are an amazing artist! i love sculpting, but i come from a relatively poor background, and my parents cant really buy me clay or any special supplies, so i eventually gave up on my artistic dream. seeing you make AMAZING artwork from just newspaper is just mind-blowing and inspiring. you can turn cheap old paper into a priceless masterpiece! you are incredibly inspiring and i thank you so much :)

I must admit however that when you are first buying supplies like paint and glue it does cost some money. But once you have all the primary colors you can make many projects with them. Give it a try. You'll enjoy it.

Superlative, fascinating work! Marvelously imaginative...you're a complete original, sir. Artist and Craftsman....unique and wonderful. I used to buy art supplies, when I was a kid, at a store in Walla Walla, WA called Dan Reeder. It was a wonderful place to go.

I love how all the little blue dragons are ever so slightly different from one another, while still managing to stay uniform. They’ve got different eye colors and mouth shapes, but they’re clearly all the same species.
You could have made the same dragon 9 times, and I don’t think anyone would have minded. I love how you went the extra mile and made sure that each of them was unique.
I think that’s my favorite part about your artwork: You go above and beyond, even when you don’t need to. You’re always willing to add the cherry on top.
Thank you so much Maxwell! That was exactly what I was trying to do with the dragons, create sibling similarities, like you would recognize the same family but each one having slightly different features. Makes me happy that you noticed!

I'm not sure if this means your back or if this is an 'I'm still here video'. I hope all is well with you and this video means that your back to creating the marvels that you do regularly with out too much of the 'life happens' moments that can put the act of art on hold for who knows how long.
I've always loved and have been inspired by how you use the most common and humble of materials to create masterpieces.
