I’ve found kits that include the the plastic parts with new clamps and seals. But I’m guessing I can reuse the ones installed? In these kits they’ve included a roll with self adhering rubber seals. Where are they supposed to be used?
I just removed mine and it was fine. Poured hot water in it and all got hot. Any other suggestions on why passenger side isnt getting heat? Thanks for a Great video!
No need to remowe complete dash? Do you know can i reach cold/warm flaps like thath? I have problem on my 508, the passanger side wents are not blowing warm and hot air
No need to remove dashboard, and yes ypu can reach flaps like that but for them to reach ypu need more nuts unscrew 😌 my problem was same as yours, half of radiator was clogged
@@gjasinskas on passenger side it blows colder air and less intensity than driver side, and when i lower temperature it blows equal to passenger side. I am gonna try with liqui moly radiator cleaner then flush and clean with watter, then put new g12+ in it.

@@Xeegar how long did it take? Complicated? Did it fix the issue? Did you only replace the matrix and reused the seals? I’m ordering a kit soon to do it myself and I’d appreciate your experience :)
@@86Akos Not complicated. Losen the screws and remove the panels. Flushed the matrix and reused the sealing. Alot of grit and sludge came out. This is the 3rd time this happened. The two previous cleaning was done by seller (Warranty) Hot air from all vents now
Hi there My driver side blowing only cold air so i guess i need to try clean my heater matrix so Correct me if i am wring does this car have 2 separate heater matrix for each side ? I guess they are as they have dual heating system

Mine has same issue driver side is kind of hot but passenger side not is this a flap issue or heater radiator inside which need to be unclogged ?.
