Saj, good information i wish i had watched this before i submitted my PDR application. I have a property which is 80% residential and 20% commercial one of the ground floor rooms has no window and my PDR application was for it to be a bedroom, planning called me and said change it to something else due to adequate light, so i changed it to a gamesroom, but they still refused it. What is my best way of going forward, should i apply for another PDR and call the room a media room? Thanks

Hi Saj, I’m considering buying a commercial property via my SIPP, the property is prime for a conversion back to residential which I understand cannot be held within my SIPP, I would intend to convert to residential and sell the property and pay all the proceeds back into my SIPP on completion of the sale. Do you have any tips or things I should consider so I don’t fall foul of any tax rules from HMRC? Great video
