Thank you for an exercise for posture that isn't just "do planks." I'm rebuilding my posture after pregnancy and can't do planks yet re diastasis recti, so I'm building my knowledge of what to do when that's resolved. I know planks are the OG for core, but have really been needing the shoulder correction. THANK YOU for this example!!!

@@gamerdweebentertainment1616 nope, it already been proved tons of times, has it's said in this video, it doesn't matter your posture by itself as much as keeping the same position for longer periods of time. Staying "straight" for 5 hours is just as bad as keeping your back flexed or stretched for 5 hours.
@@Tyyupnextfr i never usually believe this stuff either, but i tried it and it got rid of middle back pain from rounded shoulders and made it more comfortable to keep my shoulders in the correct position, combining this with towel stretches to open up the chest and it feels great. try it if you're struggling.
Another way to help is properly sitting. If your knees go lower then your hips, it will naturally put you into a better posture. Sitting at the edge of a chair or something with your knees down can help you keep that back straight
I just started stretching 30mins to an hour a day and fixed my nerve issues and somewhat helped my posture as wel. Stretching is so important and it’s not advertised as much as it should be.
