Hey Kyle, thanks for the video. I sure like your Bronco. Can you tell me what brand is the front and back bumpers? I've been looking for something like that and can't find one.

2:50 The throttle body will never freeze, the coolant flows through the throttle body due to the location of the EGR on the intake. Ford felt the need to keep the TB cool when the EGR was in a high duty cycle.
Best thing you can do is block off the EGR and use a 3/8 brass barb and loop the coolant lines to bypass the TB. Doing that will allow the intake to run cooler. This helps your engines torque number more then its HP number so your MPG will go up 1-1.5 depending on your driving style. I used 3 layers of HVAC duct foil to block my EGR and its held of great for a few years now.
I replaced the pintle style injectors with the Fox Body 4 hole 19lb injectors and man was I happy. Big torque gain under 2000 and better power over 3500. Another fun upgrade is an adjustable Fuel pressure regulator. Much more accurate in my opinion compared to the factory style FPR.
Thanks for making these videos and glad to se somebody enjoying the Bronco experience.

Admittedly, I'm only regurgitating info I've read throughout the internet about throttle bodies freezing up. I'm certainly not an engineer. So, you're telling me the internet is wrong? 🤣
As far as the EGR, I've had emissions testing where I live until this year. Since it is no longer a thing, I may start pulling some of the emissions stuff. We'll see. Thanks for the info!

@skitter302. Have you noticed incrrase in mpg after the 4 hole injectors as well?

@@fsb_-bf3th Not in my case, but it could in yours.
I run a rich tune currently so my MPG isn't better then stock. But those injectors don't have the same issues the pintle style have.

@@Skitter302 ill have to come back and do a before and after pump test. Trying to give my bronco as much love as it can get

I have not noticed an increase either. However, it runs much better and smoother after the professionally rebuilt injectors. Possibly a bit more power, but that could just be my wishful thinking.

What in the world is that wrapped around the intake tubes?🤨 And why?

How much money for your injectors to be rebuilt?

I want to say it was right around $100. Well worth it in my opinion. Night and day difference between my home rebuilt injectors and professionally rebuilt and flow tested injectors.
