did you install a 175 amp mega fuse on the charging wire from the alternator to the solenoid? you are gonna need that if you get an overcharge spike. it will blow and not wipe out your electrical system. i did this upgrade to my 1988 f250 5.8L a few years ago. my truck runs so much better . originally it had a 2G 75 amp alternator which was junk and could not keep up. also the 3G 130 amp alternators are easy to take apart and rebuild. i went to the salvage yard and got about 5 of them and rebuilt them. and i keep one in the tool box just in case. also have you looked into the saginaw power steering pump upgrade? go to salvage yard , find an E150-350 van with same engine that you have and buy the pump and bracket and a new pressure hose.( make sure you get the pressure hose for the van you got the pump and bracket from, it`s a little longer but it will fit and you wont lose warranty on the hose if you dont cut it) it makes a WORLD OF DIFFERENCE in the steering and also gets rid of the loud noise making stock plastic ones. you will be very happy with that upgrade as well. espically on a 4x4

@@aussiedoggarage5779 yep! They're pretty rare over here. Kind of a shame. The only complaint that I have ever had about my Heeler is that she's got too much white on her for my taste. Black and tan is the "right" color IMO. Even with as many Heelers as there are in Florida, sourcing decent puppies is not easy.
