Is it possible to get digital marketing job in ireland without masters. I am doing 3 months course in india and my wife is studying masters for marketing

Shouldn't be that difficult for Indians to get started in the digital marketingscape in ireland as we speak/write good English. Also we have hustled in the mandi to peddle stuff. That grinding gives us an edge.
You are right but not entirely, it's not easy to get job in Digital marketing especially for freshers as most employers are looking for experienced candidates, so freshers have to work harder to stand out.

Hello Jay, I would suggest that you widen your experience. Experience in PPC is good but also try to get broader knowledge and experience of Digital Marketing as whole and get one more year of experience as the job market is quite competitive at the moment. I hope this helps.
