Awesome video. No doubt these are top quality rotor blades.
It's always enjoyable to see how "stuff" is made 😊

This just popped into my feed, work of art and always thought they would be a cast honeycomb construction like the 44 blade. Has given me confidence on a ride in a gyro 😂

Incredible design, engineering, materials, machining and construction. These blades have to be second to none. I am looking forward to your open house and a second tour of your facility. Needless to say, I am VERY impressed.

Dennis, engineering and precision are evident in seeing your "stuff " in person;) but the rotor video for quality engineering and accountability is beyond industry leading.
Cant wait to own one of your gyros, with your razor blades.

Excellent presentation, Denis! I look forward to seeing the process in person later in 2025.

This is really great stuff. My family used to own a helicopter rotor blade repair facility that I worked at for a few years when I was young. It is amazing at how similar they are to your shop. We even used the same basic adhesive! I can tell just by watching this video that you guys are putting out a great product. Your equipment is much more modern than what we had and your process is just as stringent. Funny note...I have an aircraft manufacturing business of my own now and I even have the same brand of CNC machine (Hurco) lol. Where are you guys located? If I am ever in the area I would love to stop by to visit.

I’ve worked at FAA repair stations and aircraft manufacturing facilities. You put them to shame, WAY more attention to detail and professionalism on your part.
