We have the US CONSTITUTION and rulings like Marbury v Madison, the heller deision, and now Bruin. We must FORCEFULLY enforce these against the tyrannical rogue regime. The states won’t ban them. Lots of states have already signed pledging to do away with federal government gun laws and atf “rules”. I do think each state should do as they please and get the Feds out of decision making.

Knowing how badly the Department of Injustice has been weaponized and compromised, I would really hate to be any federal agent knocking on any door from now on with the public knowing they can re-write any law to prosecute them, and they will empanel a liberal jury to convict.
This rule is so arbitrary and doesn't even give you an advantage. Wait a minute? How can you register it as a short barreled RIFLE if they already "told you" it's a pistol? The ATF is so dumb they don't even pass the sanity check.
Well, when you register it, and pay for the tax Stamp, it leaves the rifle and pistol category and goes into the “AOW” section which in this case is a SBR. It’s a pistol but with those certain attachments it becomes a different category of firearm.
I think they need to simplify the categories.

The goal is to get rid of firearms period. They take all that you allow.
What Brace ??? Lasers and Diamond Head iron sights, Single point sling makes it easier to carry concealed, double point sling makes it easier to stabilize, and if you put it on your cheek it is good too … I use it for a truck gun or in the house … it works amazing as a CQB Pistol …

Only question they can’t seem to answer, well there’s many other questions but most important one is if brace ruling gets repealed what’s going to happened to all the forms that have been approved so far under amnesty/tax forbearance period.

Is anyone else hearing rumblings of law abiding citizens, in the 2A community, losing patience with government over-reach and the political push for degradation of citizens' natural and inalienable rights to self defense, including 2A rights? Maybe it's just a lot of talk that will amount to nothing, but it seems like there is a growing sentiment that law abiding citizens are starting to feel cornered by their government.
Many gun owners say they comply, only for new rules or laws to come out, that take more freedoms away in the name of guns control. There seems to be a growing uneasiness about compliance, which will undoubtedly creates felons, in the government's perception. This potentially may give way to unrest that will lead to a more lethal stands against what is perceived as tyranny.
The sentiment seems to be that we are getting closer to a breaking point. I guess it will all depend on the outcomes of the ongoing legal and political battles for 2A rights. Maybe, I'm inaccurately "reading the room". Is anyone else hearing similar things? Do you think it is just idle talk? Will they really have to pry them from our cold, dead hands?

Criminals don't want a pistol brace. They will just put on a stock because stocks are not floppy. This rule only punishes those of us who want to follow the law. Why is having more control of a firearm a problem. stocks and grips are for control. We will just let the criminals have more control than us, huh?

The key words are the right of the people.
The reasons they go after law abiding citizens s pretty easy to figure out. Criminals don't follow laws and are more likely to engage in behavior if confronted by ATF agents that would become very tenuous at best. They know that. Its why they don't go after criminals who own illegal guns. They are scared. They fear them. Fear cab be a beautiful thing.

They need to look into Jerry Misculiek Figer. If I spell his last name correctly. If they think braces are illegal now they need to look into his shooting hand, he as a fast finger, for the ATF or Dear ATF.
An AR pistol is not ILLEGAL. An AR pistol brace is not ILLEGAL as they already say you can put it on a 16" rifle. So, neither is ILLEGAL. Seems to me the AFT is trying to "reclassify" it as a regular stock that they already say you can't put on a pistol. The pistol brace "rule" will not stand up in court in my opinion, the bump stock is LEGAL again after being "ruled" illegal.

The upper and lower came in a set with stamped serial numbers. Although the only thing the ATF cares about is the lower, the serial number stamped on top is the serial number in the system for the lower receiver too. It means nothing, I know, but just in my head while I was talking about it, that’s what came out haha.
