@LO Paco Abraham Mint's choice of song was very easy and her moves weren't as exciting but there was swag in it which made it more better(and the trendy moves which aren't alive anymore)but it would have been better if she went with both of the lyrics and rhythm. Meanwhile, Juhyun's choice of song was a bit more difficult. She hit a lot of the beats and danced with the lyrics. Every single one of her moves were sharp but she also went hard on the lyrics

But even they knew, that she wouldn't end up in the final group as she's still too young (the youngest idols are usually 16 (korean age)) and only went to the show to get some publicity.

Mint did a great job showing her flexibility but juhyeon actually made use of her skills by creating a decent routine. And no one actually said mint is not talented. Juhyeon's performance was just better this time. (I'm bad at explaining so i'll just hope you understand my point)

Tbh i think the reason why she didn't got over 100 boots was bcs some female trainees didn't really like her (at least there was always/often this awkward tension). And also prbly because many trainees were/are good friends with vivi and they didn't want her to lose.
Although Mint was able to showcase her flexibility, she didn't have the strength, flow and rhythm that Juhyeon has, and I definitely think that Juhyeon deserves the dancer position. It made me a little upset that Mint beat Juhyeon even though she lacked in technique and fluidity. I would also like to add that Yena was also a very eye-catching dancer, but she did also mainly utilize her upper body, so it may be that she just had a good flow. Also the girl from Lipbubble. There were just quite a few good dancers here, and Mint did not reach the standards of the top dancer while Juhyeon by far deserved the title more than the other dancers.

Actually as a hiphop dancer I can say that what minty did is called "commercial hiphop" cause it's trendy but certainly it doesn't requires too much effort or technique also she skipped a lot of beats (which is a personal decision) but could give her points, I totally love her but I can't tell that she is a winner :/ if this were ranked by the mentors joohyun would win but as I said this is more like preference and most of the people prefer trendy dances than technique ones :"c

It’s been a while since this show ended but I’m still pressed about this. I love mint but how did she win over joohyun? Like all mint did was some trendy dance moves and the splits and she got 90 boots. While joohyun actually dance and wowed everyone. I still think joohyun should’ve won by far. Joohyun was my favourite dancer in this show because she danced so fucking good in all the performances she was put in.

Mint kinda just threw a whole bunch of random dance moves that show of her flexibility with no technicality into it and called it a day. Mint was trying to cover up her lack of good dancing capabilities with a bunch of tricks. That wasn't a choreography it was a gymnastics routine that didn't belong in a dance competition.

And every time i watch this part i always only watch joohyun's part really (mint's was kinda boring for me)As a dancer I feel like joohyun's would be chosen over mints any day, which always makes me feel confused why mint won. So i was trying to find out who didn't vote for joohyun. (someone who looked salty xD) and if you stop the video directly at 7:07 then you could see a large amount of the girls who just looked like they wanted to pick a fight. there's also another scene which was probably only one or two of the scenes where the girls truly looked impress, where right behind the suprised girl, there was a girl with a white shirt on who looked pissed or like she hated the dance.

Tbh i think the reason why she didn't got over 100 boots was bcs some female trainees didn't really like her (at least there was always/often this awkward tension). And also prbly because many trainees were/are good friends with vivi and they didn't want her to lose.

Although Mint was able to showcase her flexibility, she didn't have the strength, flow and rhythm that Juhyeon has, and I definitely think that Juhyeon deserves the dancer position. It made me a little upset that Mint beat Juhyeon even though she lacked in technique and fluidity.
I would also like to add that Yena was also a very eye-catching dancer, but she did also mainly utilize her upper body, so it may be that she just had a good flow. Also the girl from Lipbubble. There were just quite a few good dancers here, and Mint did not reach the standards of the top dancer while Juhyeon by far deserved the title more than the other dancers.

Mint kinda just threw a whole bunch of random dance moves that show of her flexibility with no technicality into it and called it a day. Mint was trying to cover up her lack of good dancing capabilities with a bunch of tricks. That wasn't a choreography it was a gymnastics routine that didn't belong in a dance competition.

Joohyun did soooo good. And every time i watch this part i always only watch joohyun's part really (mint's was kinda boring for me)As a dancer I feel like joohyun's would be chosen over mints any day, which always makes me feel confused why mint won. So i was trying to find out who didn't vote for joohyun. (someone who looked salty xD) and if you stop the video directly at 7:07 then you could see a large amount of the girls who just looked like they wanted to pick a fight. there's also another scene which was probably only one or two of the scenes where the girls truly looked impress, where right behind the suprised girl, there was a girl with a white shirt on who looked pissed or like she hated the dance.

I agree, Juhyeon demonstrated more techniques which were really impressive rather than a bunch of trendy dances moves. She deserved the title in my opinion
I do think that she should've won, but I just wanna defend Mint for a second because I've been a fan of her since Tiny G and the dancing that she shows here does not represents all of her dancing talent since debut. Ana R Search for mint on TH-cam and check her dancing then u will realize ur statement is wrong, she probably has a problem with her knee (obviously) . And to be the best female dancer u don’t just have to show dance u also have to be sexy or have a concept and not just straight choreography. And I felt joohyun was doing too much she looks like her back is about to break ,and it seems she is not on beat .

I agree with Juliana A on most point and yeah, she isn't Korean. Also, thanks for complimenting Suji! That was the girl before Joohyun. I think Joohyun deserved a spot and the queen, but you have to, i guess, use your strengths, your concept, and be able to know how to control the audience and the stage with doing almost nothing. Joohyun did really well, and MINT can dance better, but i guess Mint had to use this song. She's much more impressive than what she dd here. Wish they had a prize for second placers as well!

Zhou Tzukyung do u study music ? 😂 go back put ur headphones on and watch. She’s not on beat with those sets of excessive moves, aggressive dancing is one thing while doing too much is another. Watch the video again and check the part she tried to follow the beat 😊.
