I’ve recently started camping more often, and I always make sure to watch your videos before booking a campsite. Your tips are incredibly helpful! I really appreciate how you cover all the details about each park. Cheers!
Such a great provincial park. I liked that is small and well maintained plus has clean washrooms and even laundry facilities. Thanks for sharing! Very helpful video. Cheers, Eddie
It looks like an awesome place to camp! The public buildings are also quite nice, the toilet could be maybe better, but the laundry and bathroom is quite luxurious!
Love how you struggled to find something negative about this park. Having a waterfront site looke amazing and so relaxing! And I can't believed you managed to hike in those shoes. I would have lost one along the way.
It was such a nice park - really struggled to think of anything negative. Haha we didn't really hike... but more of an "adventurous walk" though I have hiked in them before with my socks 🤣
Hello my friend 😊 Camping on the lake is a very good idea. It looks amazing nature. It is definitely good to listen to yourself away from the crowd. The market on the lake has everything to eat, drink and meet various needs. It's a very nice video. Greetings from your friend in Turkey :) 🙋♂
The canoeing was great... but I'd d suggest a more calm day for it... the water was rough in areas and definitely tested our communication skills with each other 🤣🤣
You guys are getting seriously pro now finding ways to overcome the steps issue with firewood, very resourceful! It looked so nice to be so close to the water. The comfort stations looked really good at this park, actually it all looks really good. Love how peaceful this one is! Wow 2 hours for $20 seems a good price for kayaking, although 2 hours is a long time, you did well to do 1.5 hours. It seemed like you guys really liked this park.
Ha - wouldn't say we are pros yet, but maybe by the end of the summer we can say that 😂 It was a good deal - especially because it felt SO much longer than 1.5 hours on the water. It was wavy.
Another beautiful campground. Love that there are a lot of beautiful and big campgrounds in Ontario. Love all the views and how you can de-stress from your everyday life. And also good to know that the comfort station are clean and well maintained. Nice that you can do both hiking and water activities. Thanks for sharing.
Great job on the video and review of the park. It looked like a really nice park with great lake views. Too bad the lake was too choppy for your canoe trip. As far as the sandals with socks, campgrounds are no place for fashion critiques. Take care and keep doing what you are doing.
I agree! Campgrounds are where you can wear whatever you like - it's camping, not a runway 🤣 The lake was way too choppy - we will know better for next time.
Thank you! We actually did see quite a few larger trailers there. But I think the options are limited since some of the sites are smaller and rather sloped.
I think we would also enjoy this campground. I was really interested in your dislikes since it seemed like a great place to camp! Overall it looked much more peaceful than some of the other places you have been to recently. I see what it is #2 on your list!
I camped in Lake St. Peter Provincial Park from July 28 to August 3, 2022, on campsite #14 and it was my first visit there. Indeed, it's a small park and unfortunately, my campsite had very little privacy. While in the park, I visited Bancroft, Egan Chutes Provincial Park as well as Algonquin Park (the Visitor Center and the logging museum). By the way, I was tenting, but I'd like to buy a SMALL camper in a couple of years!
Some of the sites there are quite open. We were lucky with ours. I got a cancellation and it was pretty private considering it was right by the boat launch!
the video is super clear, which camera are you using? looks nice for sure... how often do you guys camp? I think it's really good when you guys got in the canoe and shows in different shots like the first person view over the lake and then giving advice along the way
Thé campground is facilitated to attract its visitors. Let’s be honest having a comfy toilet and a machine laver encourage ppl to stay loner. The hike in such place definitely worth 🧡🧡

Thanks so much!! Appreciate the feedback. Happy camping!

Thanks very much! It was such a quaint park - highly recommend it.

Yes we really enjoyed the campground. It was a nice quiet park to camp at 👍
Good camping there my friend...very nature place👌🙏😊
It was beautiful there.

Great video as always! Loved your take on the good and bad parts of the park!
Thanks 😊

My Dad lives just down the street, all of Lake St. Peter is beautiful and fun to explore
It's such a great area! We really liked this park.
This is so lovely and wonderful 🤩
Thanks!
Really like your campsite, so close to the water. Also nice that it’s smaller and less busy. The canoeing looked like a lot of fun 🤗

That's a beautiful place to camp. I would like to camp here too. Nice to see a water body near it.
It's definitely one of the better spots we've camped.
Good put together guide for those who like camp. I kayak in stronger waters when boats create waves
Thanks!
The video has a nice quality picture. The views are nice. I think that little snake was upset.
Thanks so much! Yeah that snake was not happy - it slithered out in front of us and then was not a fan of being recorded.

Very beautiful spot. loved the water view. You guys improvised pretty well with the step! The main beach was so pretty 😍
Thanks! We had no idea what we were going to do... so luckily we were able to get creative with what we had!
NICE LIKE ALWAYS ..

Good review. Guessing this is not big rig friendly, although during your video I did notice a fifth wheel.

It was such a peaceful place to camp - I really loved it. The hikes would probably be up your alley since they are more adventurous 👌
@@TheAverageTourist you know us, we are always up for a challenge 😁

Thanks very much! I use a GoPro Hero 9 but also have an older one we use for water shots - a 5 I think. Appreciate the support!
I’m just commenting now toI just noticed the video I go to like Saint Peter all the time because my cottage is up there❤❤
Hi! Your video is nice. Thank you for sharing. Im looking forward for next. Liked, viewed, subscribed :))
Thanks so much. Appreciate it 🙏
Ah I remember crying in the bathrooms there ! Good times 😂
Oh no!! At least they were decent bathrooms!! 🙃
Is there a park for the kids to play ?
My cottage is literally like four minutes away from there
It's such a nice area. We had family members with a cottage there for years but hadn't been in the area for a long time.
Thé campground is facilitated to attract its visitors. Let’s be honest having a comfy toilet and a machine laver encourage ppl to stay loner. The hike in such place definitely worth 🧡🧡
Try and go canoeing in morning or evening for less, almost no current
Next time we definitely will 👌
