Your recipes are good 👍. Here is a suggestion . Explain the method for each dish first . Because you talk other topics in between and do 2 dishes at the same time , hard to follow what you did as you are switching between 2 dishes on the stove. Also , you are a bit slow . Please increase your speed a bit . People may get bored. Otherwise, your recipes are creative and new . I like the Keerai thokku & bottle gourd gojju. I will try them definitely. Good luck 👍🍀
