Is it required that you use black and white photos for best results? I’ve been trying with sepia tones as well and it may seem like it would be best to convert sepia to b/w as well.
Took notes on this. I was having trouble with areas not colorized, such as an ear. Making three copies of original layer will be a must for me. Thanks.
Awesome! Is there a way I could get the original image so I can follow along exactly? I tried reverse image search but couldn't find it online. Thanks!
I have Photoshop v22.5.1 I was able to download all neural filters. Except for Photo Restoration, Harmonization, and Landscape Mixer. These don't appear for download. How do I get these filters? Thanks.
I don't see Photo Restoration in my Neural filter list.. I have the others and i have logged into my account to download them yet no photo restoration.
Hey Deano. Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help. Photo Restoration (beta) is a beta filter, usually at the bottom of the list. Please update Photoshop from the Creative Cloud desktop app & check this to learn more: adobe.ly/46YRIiM Thanks! ^SK
Tried this today on a picture of my great grandfather, but 'Restoration' is not in my Neural Filters list of available filters. It's not under the 'Beta' tab either. How does one obtain the 'Restoration' filter like in this video?
Hi, thanks for reaching out! The filters shown in this video are available in Photoshop 2023, and the latest version which is Photoshop 2024. Let us know if you have any other questions! ^NM
This is a great addition and improvement to these filters! Thank you for the training, Julieanne!
Julianne is absolutely great !
This a complete course on the restoration filter.
Thanks !
Very nice workflow! However, how can I select the eyes to change their color if they are too small in the image to select them precisely?
