I'm a little confused I bought the MVI2+ mine didn't come with a thumb drive and also I have a wide van O2 sensor but I can only use it if I buy a special cable and upgrade to the pro for $250 I really don't see the reasoning in giving you the port on the front of the device that plugs into your OBD II port if you can't use it I feel taken also the guy in the video doesn't say anything about having to upgrade to the pro version either
Thanks for another great video. Does anyone know the name of a device that “senses” race fuel going into your motor and adjust the computer to change the settings? It cost about $300.00. Thanks and have a great day.
whenever i connect the mpvi2 to the car it starts flashing my dash also it doesnt connect to the car "finds no power" all fuzes are good and i have drivers it worked well first time just not when i tried reconnecting the next day
If i need to link my mpvi2+ to afr i need pro feature or just prolink cable?

?? He talks about it at the 2:00 mark. Also, any site I've been to talks about needing the pro link and pro upgrade if you have a non-canbus vehicle.
What is the difference between RTD+ and MPVI2+ ?
RTD is a remote only tuning device. You cant modify a tune; it's for reaand uploading only.
So I was having a hard time doing the vehicle reader so I found out that I had to close the file before the vehicle reader would work
Thank you, saved me from pulling out any more hair!
Great work!!

@@Wuuupp5500 Thanks for your reply is that what it’s called?
@@Wuuupp5500 where can I buy one?
I never got a flash drive with mine. Did they stop including them?
Correct, HP Tuners no longer includes the flash drive. The updates are so frequent that they were outdated before purchase.
If you can't even plug into the OBD2 then just stop there.🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
What all can I read I know I can read chevys but what about imports like a bmw
HP Tuners has a pretty large list. BMW is currently unsupported. But, you can see the entire list here www.hptuners.com/vehicles/
Do you have to physically send in your PCM to HP tuners to have it unlocked or can you unlock it with the MVP12? Thanks.
Depends on the ecu
My kit didn't come with a usb
so i downladed the free software, but what I actually need is a cable $46 bucks, a MV plug thing $300, and then buy credits to use it... fantastic
