Making 2 Scenario on Dynamic Module
1-Cut off Steam flow to the Shell nd Tube Heat Exchanger and checking these effect on the Boil up ratio and all the process that we have
2- Cavitation occur on Pump of recirculation system from Vessel to the tower (Reflux)
What is De-Ethanizer column?
The De-Ethanizer column is for separating methane, ethane and a part of propane from the top of column, in order to satisfy the specifications on reid vapor pressure and ethane content for the LPG products.
What is the purpose of a De-Ethanizer?
The De-Ethanizer is designed to take liquid from the low temperature separator (LTS) and remove ethane and lighter components from the liquid.

You need a sump for bottom of column and a level controller for it
Hi Selo , you're right, but some times no need pump for transfer the bottom liquid especially when tower has high pressure

İf bottom stream pressure is x bar, when it leaves the reboiler, pressure will be (x-dp) bar, So it doesn't matter how high the colon pressure is, + ı dont talk about "pump", ı am talking about "sump", lol
@@selo7062 yeah, that is perfect, you can see another video that I shared that we have pump for transfer our liquid in the bottom of the tower,
