A lot of great build potential because of the lore behind the spore bots, I'd love to see one constructed out of miniature dollhouse furniture like one was dropped in someone's home
If a spore bot lands in the forest and no-one is around to watch it assemble itself, will its victims make a sound? I love how spiky the bot is! I would be terrified if i saw him on a woodland walk.
Would it be scarier if that was to 23mm scale, so the irl one would be towering over you, or would it be scarier if that were its irl size so you didn't know how many more they were or where they were coming from?
Holy crap, man. I think this is genuinely one of the most amazing looking things you've ever built, and considering the limits of your basic material, that's a really incredible achievement. Plus, the painting on this was truly next level. Gorgeous stuff. I'd love to see a Boylei-esque diorama of this thing stalking a 19th Century Welsh Farm while the terrified farmer hides beneath his haycart or something.
This might be one of my favorite builds you’ve done. Like proving you can make something cool with literally anything. And the lore of the spore bots is super cool and I wanna steal it for my game world.
I love all the natural elements. I could have dreams of waking up in a forest with little spore bots around me - they seem wimsy at a small scale but would be terrifying when large 🦌
This has to be one of my favorite builds of yours. I love the contrast of the flocking on the white wood. Reminds me of walking through the woods in autumn. Keep up the great work, Bill!
That sketch book is my favorite thing, that you have created. An infinite treasure trove. I would love to read it one day, like a sacred nomicon of artists. You works are gold. Thank you for sharing your ideas and thoughts with us!
Banish those thoughts, this thing is amazing and looked amazing right from the time you worked out the basic form all the way through completion! A unit/squad/clutch of these would look great on any gaming table. 🤘
Great to see you Bill. (Brilliant opening, so dramatic) I happen to love the woods so was pleased to see you skipping along a woodland path. I have a scar on my wrist from whittling as a child. Always whittle away from yourself. Never towards. Love that your new tool kit came with A plaster. What a truly awesome beast. You are an amazing creator and I love your videos. Thank you so much xxx
I love these videos so much. Recently I’ve become quite jaded and uncreative with my art. These videos remind me of being a kid, and building the funnest things out of any interesting piece of trash Mom would let me keep. Thank you for posting these videos.
Awesome vid & creature... also i like you using (re-using) some of your songs again. I like your older beats/tunes/songs they make me happy 🤘😎💪. Thanks Bill Making Stuff
I like the natural wood of it before it was painted..the finished paint job was nice.. I like this size scale. I would like to see you build more of this size..🎉🎉
That's a great looking twiggy boy, Bill. It really started to come together when you added the shavings/spikes, and that spinal column made of pine cones is a great touch.
That thing is amazing. Externally grateful to crafsman to turning me on to this channel. Always so cool. And as a puppeteer and toymaker I always learn new things!!🎉🎉🎉❤
I thought it looked awesome when it was bare wood, and it was a mistake to paint it. Then you started painting it and straight away I realised I was wrong. I learned a few things from this video and will be copying your sawdust flock moss for my current terrain build. Thank you!
The spore bot came out so good 😊 each step I was like I love this as it is, I hope he dosent paint it - then you did ! And wow, love the paint job and the moss it’s so cool
Love the Sporebug bot 😍 think I know where you walked, the trees are being chipped and felled in there to make new paths for people possibly? Great build, nice to see a natural bot for a little change up 😊
i adore this guy, the story time was super interesting and i love the shapes and colors, my favorite part i think is the “mane”/spine! it might be my favorite critter you’ve made so far
I'm really into this! It's such a cool idea. The sawdust moss adds a lot of visual interest. I'd love to see more sporebots, especially ones made out of rock and crystal.
Thanks for this as a long needed inspiration. Couldn't find any other video using wooden material. There is so much potential in this, you could find the best structures in nature!
Might like to see more stuff made from natural pieces. Not sure how it would fit with the lore? Maybe some buildings/terrain out in the Blastlands made from scavenged wood. The end result is awesome, you're downplaying it. You highlighted the natural textures and yeah, that homemade flock did indeed make it pop. I'd put a fire emoji, but not with all that dry wood around 👍
Quite likely to be something like nitrous oxide canisters - people use them to get high. Quite common in UK cities and public spaces to find them lying around.
2:30 You can't kill a tree by taking a bit of tree bark, but if you make an entire gap all around the bottom of the trunk, you can cut off the entire supply of minerals etc. for the tree, pretty much guaranteed to end the tree's life if it doesn't regenerate with the resources it has left, latter being pretty unlikely with a sufficient gap.

you should try and do darkwoood monsters since pyro dropped a darkwood video
My favorite part was when Bill made some stuff
my favorite part is when he said his catchphrase "It's stuff makin' time" and then he made some stuff
Best supporting cast is definitely cat
My favorite part was when he was Bill
Tag your spoilers mate.
But, also, the part when he made stuff, too.
This is one of the most beautiful things you've ever made. I can't believe you refer to this as "kind of alight". Phenomenal work, Bill.
This intro is 100% relatable 😮
Not me yet but soon - I'm so excited for all the FUN and SCREAMING
Congrats @@Slechy_Lesh! But yes there will be lots of screaming, even when they're having fun a decade from now
@@Slechy_Lesh "Stares at you in Ian Malcolm" is all i can say to that. Yes i was at "Jurassic Park" if you get me.
This is by far your eldritchiest build. You just gotta love this nasty little bugger
Tim Burton style knockoff of Richie Rich: Eldritchy Eldritch

Seriously underrated channel.
I have a soft spot for tree monsters, so I loved this video. I want to make one of these for all my loved ones now.
I love all the natural elements. I could have dreams of waking up in a forest with little spore bots around me - they seem wimsy at a small scale but would be terrifying when large 🦌
This kinda makes me want to make some kind of forest/nature elemental
sweet some Woods stuff been used. also man the kids are growing up fast
Sick Pencil case!
Madly in love with your sketchbook.

3:09 disease chips are my favorite kind
The lore really brought this build together, great job as always Bill

Thank you for posting these videos.
You’ve outdone yourself with this one Bill! Very very nice using other than plastic.
This is honestly one of my favritoe builds youve done
Thanks!
Thanks!
This is my favourite build so far. I loved the use of the natural materials.
I love that both you and your brother do art like this but it's each really unique! Also I love cat. He is precious.
The final result comes together so nicely cuz of that orange and green, it looks fantastic!
I genuinely think this is one of the coolest things you've ever built. The bone-bleached paint with moss is sooooo eldritch.
Awesome vid & creature... also i like you using (re-using) some of your songs again. I like your older beats/tunes/songs they make me happy 🤘😎💪. Thanks Bill Making Stuff

This is not only a great build; it gives me more confidence that I can get into creating things, because materials like these are so easy to come by.
I actually liked this one alot, the paint and moss made it look great, love the lore behind it as well. Nicely done!
I like the Spore Bots idea. This one turned out really cool.
This turned out waayyy better than I expected. Didn't think you could make something out of just wool bits looking this cool and creepy.
That's a great looking twiggy boy, Bill. It really started to come together when you added the shavings/spikes, and that spinal column made of pine cones is a great touch.

Me and my boy just watched your video and we love your wooden spore bot. Looks cool. We're going to try to build one. 👍
Yay!
This has been totally inspiring for me and definitely my favorite build as of yet.
As per usual Bill you’ve created something from scratch and it’s brilliant mate. 👍🏻
Absolutely jagged and badass. Reminds me of those driftwood sculptures you sometimes see… except, ya’know, awesome.
I thought it looked awesome when it was bare wood, and it was a mistake to paint it. Then you started painting it and straight away I realised I was wrong. I learned a few things from this video and will be copying your sawdust flock moss for my current terrain build. Thank you!
This thing is beautiful. The amount of texture the materials give..just wonderful. Oh and the model is ok too. Obviously I was talking about cat.
Amazing idea! Bill, this is genius. Thank you for your inspiring work
This creature is the Becorns fever dream! It’s fantastic!
i think this is my favorite build of yours so far!
VERY impressive , Bill. One of your best yet I think. Cheers!
This is fabulous. A series of these would be great -- maybe a centipede-like one, or a porcupine-like one, or (dare I say it) a cat-like one.
Great build, nice to see a natural bot for a little change up 😊
This might be my favorite build. I think you do your best work when there are constraints.
Def one of the best builds, you should have a forest faction!
Such a beautiful piece of art 😊😊
This is my favorite of your builds so far, great idea
One of my favorite monsters you've built! Beautiful monster, way more than alright
Love the finished model. genius move on the rib cage with shavings. keep up the good work.
I like videos like this. Use common stuff to build something new
i adore this guy, the story time was super interesting and i love the shapes and colors, my favorite part i think is the “mane”/spine! it might be my favorite critter you’ve made so far
Such a great idea and beautifully created build!
Really great video Bill! Me and my friend will make something like this!
That looks awesome! If I were to try this it would be made out of random plastic and cardboard since I'm a city dweller.
Another substandard, world class, semi-good, incredible, pretty ok, marvelous creation 😊
such a neat looking build, bill! so many unique textures and shapes, i love it! and the lore is amazing as always.
Awesome build. Nice work, Bill.
Sticks and stones, love. Bill, that is wicked!
I'm really into this! It's such a cool idea. The sawdust moss adds a lot of visual interest. I'd love to see more sporebots, especially ones made out of rock and crystal.
The painting makes this piecr POP. Fantastic!
Thanks for this as a long needed inspiration. Couldn't find any other video using wooden material. There is so much potential in this, you could find the best structures in nature!
this looks amazing. sporebot is one of my favorites so far (along with the bot shop)
well done!
I absolutly love it ! Looks sharp and deadly !
This is one of the most amazing things you’ve created!
Also, the mosstard tutorial was great too!
A triumph of nature!! Board Bill finds himself in a sticky situation but comes through in the end!!
Amazing work! I'm both impressed and inspired!
I wanr ro see more of this but made out of random items. like they got drop into toy store or tool shop
100% recyclable man your marketing is on point.
Brilliant build. Very inspiring. Thanks, Bill.
Love it. Very organic
That indeed looks allright. I'd even say, it looks allright-allright!
Pinecones sometimes need heat to open up, especially the giant sicoias .
So you need to mimic forest fire by sticking them in the oven
I absolutely love it! Very genuine and unique. Great job, Bill.
Cool monster and creative use of natural materials! Can't wait for the "I harvested my own organs to make this build" video next!
I really enjoyed the storytelling for this episode :) awesome work
it looked so cool before it got painted but the flocking really brought it together
One of my favourite builds
It's coming together like an elemental
Metal canisters as in bullet shell?
Quite likely to be something like nitrous oxide canisters - people use them to get high. Quite common in UK cities and public spaces to find them lying around.

I think this one is very impressive in build and materials and the end result is just fantastic. You've inspired my next build, Bill!
Top notch painting on this one
At a loss for words to describe this one. Phenomenal!! Absolutely incredible work
Outstanding, looks great 🎉
I think it looks awesome!
Awesome work. Love it.
Bill bringing new ways to play with wood... Dont be sick that's not what somebody else ment lol. Lovely wood working
I love it! That turned out great.
