Armored Core 6 just released a few months ago lol and it's amazing!
@@micahstaub6962Armored Core is excellent, but it doesn't have the same "arcade-y" feel of Custom Robo and the charming, colorful aesthetic of '80s/early '90s mecha animes.
It should. This game has more customization than I've ever seen compared to anything else in the genre by a VERY wide margin.

I remember a guy wanting to become an engineer because of his love of Gundams. His dad told him it isn't possible which sort of makes sense especially when you think about what space travel is actually like. But it is still fun to think about Gundams flying about and I like their controls way better then the Jaegers of the Pacific Rim series

I totally can't wait for this. I've been needing a new gundam game that wasn't an arena fighter for switch since we only had SD gundam battle alliance (pretty good if you don't mind the chibi artstyle) which came out back 2022.

i hope they hope Gundam iron blood Gundam's. Wish they had more Gundam games on mobile and on pc which is actually good also free to download in some way. The old games of Gundam was a class of their own man .
they said 250+ base kits, so IBO is a VERY big possibility.
@@Bakuganluver23 There are over 30 series and over 2k Gundam so making this type of game might promote Gundam from older series rather new series and (kidou Gundam vs Gundam next plus) also had the same format to it. So i hope for the best.

Question from a guy who hasn't paid much attention to this franchise for a while. Is Gundam still popular? At least as much as it used to be? 🤔
Still going strong for the most part.
There were a few hiccups along the way as far as some of the previous gaming content introduced. "Not all of it was bad, just a direction that was very obviously filler until mainline content was to be brought back."
That being said though every audience regardless of platform deserves to enjoy the franchise in some way and form. So I'm all for it if it brings new people to enjoy more content alike.

Absolutely. Both seasons of witch from mercury have probably pushed to the top in terms of good gundam anime. Iron blooded orphans season 1 was freaking amazing. I can't say the same for season 2 though....i personally didn't care for the ending.
Give me a Gundam and Power Rangers crossover (megazords) from across the years and you've got my money.

ok hear me out, this game but a battle royale, everyone starts as either a basic zaku or gm model (your choice) all loot would be aquired from fallen iconic gundam strewn across the map, everyrthing from guntank to shining gundam and everything inbetween, you would loot a single peice of equipment from a fallen gundam (rng) and replace a current part, keeping everything youve collected during the match to later be used creating your own custom mobile suit for squad based games. opionions?

@@nightpack86 The "taking parts and smacking them on your Gunpla and keeping them after the match" bit was the main draw of NGB
Also, no one wants to do that. No one's going to want to start out as some GM or Zaku kitbashing parts when what they want is to be playing as their Gunpla they spent a lot of time putting together and customizing to their taste.

@@nightpack86 The opinion is fact. The Gundam Breaker series is based on kitbashing, where you take multiple gunpla and swap parts out, sometimes permanently with specialized cements and drills. People take their customization so seriously that they're willing to work with health hazards just to make their perfect custom gunpla.
So yeah, needing to junk your old design for a more "powerful one" would go against the theme of the series.
If you want a battle royale, then go ask Bandai to make a multiverse one based on the series.
I'm still in shock that this is even a thing! I thought the Breaker series was dead after New Gundam Breaker which threw out what made Breakers 1-3 good which was the parts and customization and put in an unnecessary dating sim.
