I love from 0:37 when he gets blasted out the back of the ruck but keeps the ball. In my brief stint as a 7 I remember my Dad telling me "The ball is yours, it belongs to you. Everyone else is just a fucking thief." Think those are words to live by if you're playing flanker.

Absolutely!!! I remember playing one straight half either thinking in my head or yelling "That's my/our ball" the whole time. I wish I'd played all my games that way. It helps so much! You never feel to give quarter.
