Sir Elton John was 76 years, this year. Why do we always wait until our greatest have left us before we pay the best tributes? He is beyond iconic and priceless...and he should be remembered and celebrated as such in life.

I saw Don Henley in Atlanta several years ago. The first thing he said when he came on stage was to tell everyone to put their phones away and “capture the moment with the best camera, your memory”. Thankfully everyone abided with the exception of one guy who Don said would be removed after the first song but let him stay. It was amazing to be free of those stupid phones.
