KAYS GOOD COOKING I tried to make this egg melody and my caravan burnt down, I'm not sure if your eggs are different to mine but they definitely seem similar maybe even from the same farm.
Kay, if you only turn the egg frying pan on to 2 or 3, it won't get too hot for your eggs then they can cook gently. You did really well with the poached eggs, but an easier way to tell whether they're done is to just press down lightly on the top. You can then see if the white is firm or still runny and you don't risk piercing the yolk. I'm sure Ziggy loves his microwaved eggs, but for people, if you add a wee bit of salt & pepper and a little knob of butter, then microwave for a shorter time, give them a mix, then another short time, you'll get a creamier end result! I love eggs, I always say you'll never go hungry when there's an egg in the house. :D
Those scrambled eggs are the gnarliest things I have ever seen. You can't just say "No test taste". We know what eggs are SUPPOSED to taste like, but if someone follows your instructions they deserve to be shown how fucking VILE those would taste.
